He also attacked his father with a machete but luckily managed to escape with injuries. The attack reportedly stemmed from accusations that his father was having an affair with his wife. Three days earlier, the man was reprimanded by community policing after the accusations against his father were dismissed. Following the ruling he deemed unfair, the man vowed to take revenge.
