| 14 | Read before trading (Rule book):
▶️ We trade FINNIFTY, BANKNIFTY AND NIFTY WEEKLY OPTIONS (nearest expiry). Rarely we take intraday trade. If we do take one, I inform beforehand.
▶️ We trade far otm options as well. Some brokers like Zerodha don't allow trading in them. Kindly use some other broker for trading with us.
▶️ All trades are positional. One trade will be given between 3:15pm and 3:30pm. Take the trade asap and close it tomorrow at target or SL.
▶️ Trade will consist of 2/3/4 strikes depending whether we are making a directional spread or a strangle spread.
▶️ Capital used for each trade given here is 10 Lakhs. Use proper ratios/multiples for your personal capital. Take closest multiple of 15 for BANKNIFTY, 40 for FINNIFTY and 50 for NIFTY.
▶️ PE means put and CE means call. Strikes will be written just before these along with the quantity.
▶️ Always execute the BUY leg first, then the SELL leg of the trade. Else, there will be margin issues.
▶️ While executing SELL trades, if margin requirement is more, keep reducing the quantity by 15/40/50 till it goes through. If the trade is a strangle, try to ensure equal lots of puts and calls are being sold.
▶️ Target and SL will be provided after the market closes. Use AMO order for SL. Alerts can be used for targets (available on most brokers). As soon as the alert hits for target, trade is supposed to be closed for that particular spread. If neither SL nor target comes, wait till 3:15pm or my message in the channel to exit from any open trade.
▶️ To cope with zig-zag markets and avoid our morning profits turning into losses, please have profit based target of 0.3% of capital deployed per day. If this hits, kindly exit the positions without waiting for price based target. This will definitely help us retain our profits till the Election volatility settles!
▶️ If the SL skips in the morning, close at market price after waiting for 1min i.e. close only after 9:16am.
▶️ We only trade OTM options. ATM and ITM options are never given. If you see some ambiguity in a trade looking at the premium, it is more likely that it's a typo. Kindly don't take such trade and wait for the typo to be corrected. May take few minutes. We try our best that this doesn't happen.
