📈 Let’s talk about how to identify a breakout This is an important part of analysis that helps us understand where price may move next. 🔺 Step 1: watch price rise. The breakout candle closes above resistance. 🔺 Step 2: price keeps rising for two more candles, then starts pulling back. This forms the peak we need. Usually, it’s a fractal high — the highest candle is surrounded by two lower highs on each side. 🔺 Step 3: price drops and retests the broken resistance as support. If it touches that level and bounces up, it shows a strong support zone is forming. 🔺 Step 4: if a candle then closes above the peak formed after the breakout, this is a strong confirmation that price may continue moving in that direction.
