What is the right way to solve a problem?
You need to focus on solving it.
If you concentrate on the problems you are facing, you only increase the negative impact of the stressors.
If you are looking for a way to improve the current situation, however, you feel satisfaction, which causes positive emotions and helps to overcome anxiety.
- The same principle should be used when dealing with negative people. Just stop thinking about how much the person you're talking to annoys you.

• It's not recommended to say "LIKE" every time you forget a word
• It's not recommended to overuse "YOU KNOW", as this shows the examiner that you can't access the appropriate language
• It's strongly recommended to reduce the number of "AHH/EHH/UMM" if you're planning to get 7+ in IELTS Speaking.
