MDM Lock is a powerful control feature used mainly by corporations, schools, or retail demo programs to remotely manage mobile devices. In the phone repair and unlocking world, it’s commonly found on Tecno, Infinix, and iTel phones—often in demo units or phones imported from other regions.
MDM is not a simple security setting—it’s a full device control system that limits functionality, blocks settings, and disables factory reset options unless authorized by the controller (company or demo server).

Not all phones are universally compatible with any SIM card. Some devices come with region-based or SIM restrictions, which limit their use to specific countries, carriers, or networks.
