I pause again and my heart say leave the group even though am admin there,
I was feeling overwhelmed my heart was pounding hard,
Once I left my heart was beating very quickly,
I notice only two person react and ask why I left,
I kept my silence I said I am not fit for the role, no explaining, no holding anyone responsible,
My heart was still wanting validation, I ask myself where can I share my experience I though of this place.
My heart still pounding, my emotion stable and my spirit uplifted.
