I stumbled upon this curious bootleg while browsing online marketplaces. Once I have a bit more money to spare, I’ll definitely pick it up for my collection.
Pet Shop Boys would like to thank Stuart Maconie for giving "A man from the future" its world premiere on BBC6music tonight. The album was played back in full, while Neil, Chris and Andrew Hodges enjoyed chatting to Stuart about #AlanTuring, @kraftwerkofficial and @thebeatles, among other things. I’d completely forgotten what an incredible thrill it is to listen to vinyl records.
A record from my youth—a Bulgarian pressing. Vintage vinyl has just one downside: the smell of Grandma’s chest full of old clothes. 😁
