Technical Business Analyst Intern What You Will Do: * Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and map business requirements from stakeholders and clients. * Process Modeling: Draft technical documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and business workflow diagrams (BPMN, Use Case, ERD). * UI/UX Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user interfaces (wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes) using Figma/Canva aligned with system workflows. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with System Analysts, Developers, and QA Testers to ensure solution feasibility and an optimal user experience. Who We Are Looking For: * Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Fundamental skills in system flow diagramming (BPMN, UML, ERD). * Proficient in UI/UX Design and experienced with design tools (especially Figma). * Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
