### المهام الوظيفية
* ابتكار أفكار محتوى جديدة بشكل مستمر تناسب منصات Instagram وFacebook وTikTok.
* كتابة سيناريوهات الفيديو بشكل احترافي (Hook - تسلسل الكلام - Call To Action).
* تحديد طريقة التصوير، والزوايا، والإضاءة، وحركة الكاميرا قبل بدء التصوير.
* توجيه مقدم المحتوى بما يجب قوله وكيفية تقديمه بطريقة جذابة.
* تنفيذ مونتاج احترافي للفيديوهات القصيرة (Reels & Shorts).
* متابعة أحدث الترندات واستثمارها بما يناسب نشاط الشركة.
* فهم خوارزميات Instagram وFacebook وكيفية زيادة الوصول والمشاهدات.
* استهداف فئة الشباب وصناعة محتوى يجذب الانتباه ويحقق التفاعل.
* تحليل أداء المحتوى وتطويره بناءً على النتائج.
* إدارة وإطلاق الحملات الإعلانية الممولة وتحسين نتائجها.
* التعاون مع فريق العمل لتطوير الهوية البصرية وصناعة محتوى احترافي باستمرار.
### المتطلبات
✅ خبرة عملية في صناعة المحتوى لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
✅ خبرة في تصوير الفيديو باستخدام الهاتف أو الكاميرا باحترافية.
✅ معرفة بالإضاءة وتكوين المشهد والإخراج البصري.
✅ احتراف برامج المونتاج مثل:
CapCut أو Premiere Pro أو Final Cut أو ما يعادلها.
✅ معرفة قوية بخوارزميات Instagram وFacebook.
✅ خبرة في إدارة الحملات الإعلانية وتحليل نتائجها.
✅ شخصية مبدعة تمتلك حسًا عاليًا في التسويق والإقناع.
✅ متابعة مستمرة للترندات وقدرة على تحويلها إلى محتوى يخدم العلامة التجارية.
