💢 BLACK ROCK files for BANKRUPTCY

The Tainted Digital Well From An Anon: Listen, Epstein didn't invent Bitcoin Satoshi's ghost stays clean on that front but his fingerprints smear across its early veins, pumping tainted cash into the code that powers the machine. From 2015 onward, the sex trafficker funneled millions through MIT's Media Lab to the Digital Currency Initiative (DCI), the very engine that bankrolled Bitcoin Core developers when the protocol was raw and vulnerable. Joi Ito, the lab's director, thanked Epstein in a April 2015 email for "gift funds" that let MIT swoop in after the Bitcoin Foundation collapsed, hiring Wladimir van der Laan and others to steer the reference implementation. This wasn't charity; it was infiltration Epstein's $7.5 million (including $5 million from his associate Leon Black) bought access to the nerds shaping the blockchain's guts, all while his island feasts raged on. Newly unsealed House Oversight emails from November 2025 lay it bare: Ito's "Thanks" note forwarded Epstein a pitch on snagging "Bitcoin students" for the lab, turning academia into his personal crypto salon. Jeremy Rubin, a Bitcoin Core contributor, shot Epstein casual check-ins from Japan in 2017, like a mentee updating a sugar daddy: "Hey Jeffrey, thought I'd check in." No direct code tweaks, but the money locked in small-blocks scalability, choking Bitcoin's potential for mass use some call it sabotage, others coincidence, but the rot set in early. Epstein's Bitcoin itch went beyond funding; he lobbied hard for rules that would chain it down. In February 2018 emails to Steve Bannon, he ranted about "systemic risk" from untraceable transactions, pushing Treasury for voluntary disclosure forms on crypto gains to "fuck all the bad guys." Furniture bought with BTC? Taxable event, he barked, eyeing a web of international pacts to treat crypto like the "Ponzi scheme outside the law" he feared it could become. Just weeks before his July 2019 arrest on federal sex-trafficking charges, Epstein trashed Facebook's Libra stablecoin as a threat, all while his own finances shrouded in secrecy dabbled in digital assets. He hosted Brock Pierce, Tether co-founder and self-proclaimed "most active Bitcoin investor," at his Manhattan townhouse post-2008 conviction, jawing about price swings with Larry Summers. Summers balked at the volatility, but Epstein played connector, linking crypto hustlers to Wall Street ghosts Pierce called it "Bitcoin talk," but the estate emails scream deeper enmeshment in ventures that blurred lines between finance and his flesh trade.

SBF and his girlfriend, Caroline Ellison, were huge donors to politicans and funders of many crypto companies before the collapse of thier companies and subsequent arrests for fraud and corruption. Gary Gensler was also overseeing the longstanding Ripple v SEC lawsuit, over the status of Ripple’s XRP being classified a security or not. Gensler is no longer SEC chairman. Gensler was also principal advisor for Larry Summers, a board member of OpenAI and former Epstein associate. Summers also is a board member for Banco Santander, a long standing partner and investor or Ripple. Summers was Clinton’s former Treasury Secretary, and Bill Clinton, aside from being a close friend of Epstein, was an endorsed and paid speaker for Ripple at their Swell event, making over $500,000 for a 20 minute appearance. https://x.com/XX_1133_1221_11/status/1947109839768780848

Bob Lee, the founder of Cash App (now deceased) was the COO of Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey’s Block (formely Square). Jack Dorsey has been a longtime Bitcoin advocate and is known for his talent in cryptopgraphy, including launching a new app called BitChat. BitChat allows anyone with bluetooth connection to send fully encrypted messages and even Bitcoin without internet connection. This app overlaps the original idea of Mobilecoin and Signal’s goal of sending both fully encrypted messages and digital currency over a secure network. Dorsey has also been suggested to be involved with Bitcoin (Satoshi) with his close ties to cryptography, cypherpunks, and his long standing support of Bitcoin, amongst other things. Dorsye is also a member of California YIMBY, a lobbying group backed by Stripe and Stripe’s co-founder Patrick Collison. As mentioned earlier, Stripe and the funders of Stripe are all deeply ties to both Mobilecoin and Stellar. Several of those people, like Keith Rabois, Reid Hoffman and and Garry Tan are also members of California YIMBY. Bob Lee, Cash App’s founder, was CPO of Mobilecoin. He was also friends with Steve Jurvetson, mentioned earlier, Brady Forrest of Mobilecoin, and Thiel Fellow Dylan Field who founded Figma. Bob Lee was a limited partner at SV Angel venture capital, which deeply funded crypto and AI projects. SV has also ties to many intelligence agency front companies, like Chainalysis, Hot Potato, Hugging Face (all three of which also has funding from CIA agent and actor Ashton Kutcher, a Ripple endorser). Also, Prism Skylabs, with funding from Brad Garlinhouse of Ripple and SV is another intelligence front company. SV has invested in Stripe, Affirm, OpenDoor, Oscar Health, Airbnb, Anduril, Meta, and Chain (former Stellar collaborator), all companies with deep ties to the PayPal mafia. Sam Bankman-Fried, notorious CEO of Alameda Research and FTX, along with his girlfriend Caroline Ellison, was also a funder of Mobilecoin. Bankman’s FTX and Alameda Research gave millions to Mobilecoin. He was also a donor to Building a Stronger Future Foundation, which gave $500,000 to The Intercept, a publication of First Look Media. Glenn Greewald is a founding editor of The Intercept and member and donor of the Freedom of the Press Foundation. Greenwald was the reporter whom Edward Snowden trusted with his move to Russia and leak of classified NSA/ CIA information. Mentioned earlier, Snowden was a major supporter of Signal for the ecryption ability and privacy of their messaging application. Open Society Foundation is tied to the Freedom of the Press Foundation, which created the Public Voice Project, along with Electronic Privacy Information Center, where Chris Larsen of Ripple is a member. Open Society, George Soros, also funded Polysign, a subsidiary of Ripple founded by the mysterious and unknown Arthur Britto and David Schwartz, co-founder and CTO of Ripple perspectively. Open Society also funded Vice Media, where Renee DiResta of Mobilecoin and the CIA worked and transacted with. Freedom of the Press Foundation made donations to Open Whisper System (Signal) with donors including Open Socierty, Mozilla and DuckDuckGo, the search engine Brian Acton founded and co-founder of Singal Technologoy Foundation. DuckDuckGo also donated at least $25,000 to TOR Project, the DARPA and Naval Research Lab funded project with ties to Todd Huffman, Isis Lovecurft, Jacob Appelbaum, and many other NSA and DARPA ties cyphperpunks with connections to Mobilecoin and Signal. Sam Bankman-Fried’s girlfriend’s father, Glenn Ellison, was colleagues of former SEC chairman Gary Gensler at MIT; Ellison was Department Head of Economics. Caroline Ellion’s mother, Sara Fisher, was also a professor at MIT. Before becoming Chair at the SEC, Professor Gary Gensler taught a course at MIT called "Blockchain And Money." MIT is also home of the notorious and previously mentioned, Epstein funded MIT Media Lab, directed by Joichu Ito. SBF hired the same defense attorney as Ghislaine Maxwell.

Mobilecoin (Sentz) & Signal (Open Whisper System) Thread 4/ 4 Several other noteable Mobilecoin employees and advisors aside from Todd Huffman and Moxie Marlinspike include: Renee DiResta, Bob Lee, and Sarah Novotny. Renee DiResta is a Thiel Foundation Fellow, CIA Fellow, Long Now Foundation speaker, Council on Foreign Relations member, Mozilla Foundation Fellow and Federalist Society contributor. Denelle Dixon, CEO of Stellar Development Foundation, the same Stellar who’s protocol Mobilecoin is built on, is also a member and COO of Mozilla Foundation. Mozilla spun off AOL, where Ripple’s current CEO Brad Garlinghouse worked for many years, which goes back to Netscape, which Marc Andreessen, one of the Silcon Valley and crypto’s largest investors helped found. Reid Hoffman is also a board member of Mozilla, as well as MIT Media Lab’s former Director Joichu Ito. Both Hoffman and Ito were good friends with Jeffrey Epstein and worked with MIT Media Lab, which recieved Epstein funding to work on AI and crypto projects with ties to intelligence and universirites that work closely with intelligence agencies like MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. Renee DiResta and Hoffman are also members of American Engagement Technologies, which was working with Yonder, a disinformation Research Firm that was exposed for using disinformation tactics. Both Hoffman and DiResta worked with Yonder which transcated with Booz Allen, DARPA, X, 4chan (Q psyop) and Microsoft. The Long Now Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 1996 and based in San Francisco, dedicated to fostering long-term thinking and planning on a timescale of 10,000 years—termed the "Long Now.” Patrick Collison, mentioned earlier as Stripe’s co-founder with ties to Moxie Marlinspike of Mobilecoin and Signal, is a board member of Long Now Foundation, along with Esther Dyson, an Epstein friend and donor recipient with ties to Barney Pell and Singularity. Peter Thiel is the lead donor for Long Now Foundation. Renee DiResta, a Thiel and CIA Fellow, was a guest speaker of Long Now Foundation at at least one event. Steve Jurvetson of DJF and close longtime friend of Elon Musk, who has invested in at least 4 of his companies, is also a member of Long Now, as well as being a supporter of George Church’s Colossal Bioscience genomics company funded by Jeffrey Epstein. Long Now partnered with George Church’s Colossal Bioscience to resurrect the woolly mammoth and passenger pigeon. Mobilecoin is the only listed “member” company of Long Now Foundation. John Brockman is a member of Long Now who also founded the Epstein and Thiel funded Edge Foundation that includes of some of the most interesting minds in the world. The mandate of Edge Foundation is to promote inquiry into and discussion of intellectual, philosophical, artistic, and literary issues, as well as to work for the intellectual and social achievement of society. Edge Foundation has members including Bill Gates, George Church, Elon Musk, Marvin Minsky, Jeff Bezos, Ray Kurzweil, Vinod Khosla, Larry Page, Sergie Brin, and many more transhumanists and futurists mentioned in this thread who are involved in silicon valley, crypto and AI spaces.

Another Cypherpunk, Yan Zhu, was tied to Mobilecoin, through his relationships with other cypherpunks working with Mobilecoin. Zhu worked with the DoD and was friends with Chelsea (Bradley) Manning, who was also an ex-girlfriend of Grimes, Elon Musk’s ex as well. Chelsea Manning leaked information to Julian Assange for his Wikileaks and was subsiquently charged by the US government. Manning worked for the US Army 10th and Creative Commons where she met Lisa Rein, a fellow Lifeboat Foundation advisor, along with Huffman, Epstein and many crypto currency founders like Charles Hoskinson, Vitalik Buterin, Jed McCaleb, Charlie Lee and many others. Todd Huffman also overlaps Elon’s Neuralink co-founder Max More in several transhuman companies and organizations, such as Lifeboat Foundation, Humanity+ (Epstein funded), Alcor Life Extension, and Extropy Institute. Todd Huffman, mentioned earlier, was working with the Deparment of Defense (DoD), which also hired Zach Cooper. Cooper was a member of the Open Technology Fund, along with Cory Doctorow, Katherine Maher and Moxie Marlinspikem, all of whom worked with Mobilecoin and Signal. Signal was originally “Open Whisper System”, much like how Ripple was once “OpenCoin”. There seems to be a common theme of early cryptography companies named something with “Open” to showcase the open-source and decentralized concept put forth by the cypherpunks behind these companies. https://x.com/XX_1133_1221_11/status/1947109835268305163

Shayan Mohanty of Mifos was also a guest scientist of Los Alamos National Lab (Sandia National Lab), where Todd Huffman has connections with, along with the DARPA funded MindTel, an intelligence operations contractor. Sandia National Lab is deeply connected to the Robert Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein PROMIS scandal. Robert Maxwell, a key figure in the PROMIS scandal, played a pivotal role in distributing bugged versions of the software, a scheme orchestrated by Israeli spymaster Rafi Eitan, with ties to his daughter Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, who leveraged proceeds for political blackmail, as revealed by Ari Ben-Menashe. Maxwell’s introduction of Ghislaine to Epstein before his 1991 death solidified their collaboration in a long-running sex trafficking and blackmail operation. Eitan directed Maxwell to sell the compromised PROMIS to Sandia National Laboratory within the Los Alamos complex, a critical U.S. nuclear research hub, as part of a broader espionage effort that also involved stealing nuclear secrets via Jonathan Pollard. Maxwell, advised by Henry Kissinger, used Senator John Tower and a U.S.-based front, Information on Demand (acquired via Pergamon Press), to facilitate these sales, securing $200,000 from Mossad funds and pitching to Los Alamos and the Reagan White House. Concerns from Sandia employees prompted an FBI investigation into Maxwell’s PROMIS sales, uncovering his acquisition of Information on Demand and its access to classified databases, including those linked to the Department of Defense, though Attorney General Edward Meese closed the case in 1984, allowing Maxwell to finalize the sale and later pass the company to his daughter, who rebranded it. Maxwell’s Pergamon International Information Corporation also offered patent database access to CIA Director Bill Casey, deepening intelligence ties. His Soviet connections, dating back to his MI5 days, enabled PROMIS sales to over 80 countries, including Iraq and Jordan, enhancing Israel’s surveillance capabilities against adversaries, while CIA agent Robert Hanssen’s espionage likely involved a modified PROMIS version, suggesting a complex web of international intrigue centered around Maxwell, Epstein, and Sandia’s nuclear secrets. Todd Huffmana and Jeffrey Epstein also overlapped with thier membership and interest in Alcor Life Extension, as well as Lifeboat Foundation membership, a transhuman/ futurist foundation. Los Alamos National Lab, along with Ripple, Coil (Ripple subsidiary), META, Ethereum Foundation, Oracle, ConsenSys, CERN, Google, DuckDuckGo, Microsoft, Stripe, and Mozilla, (most will be talked about in this thread) are all members of the World Wide Web Consortium. Jeffrey Epstein was also a speaker and member of the Consortium. The World Wide Web (WWW) was created by DARPA, Todd Huffman was employed as an intelliegence research by DARPA, as well as the DoS, DoD, and DTIC. Aside from Huffman, Appelbaum, Lovecruft and Komlo, several other crypherpunks were directly tied to and worked for Mobilecoin. Christine Corbett Moran worked with both Mobilecoin and Molinspike’s Signal Technology Foundation. Moran worked at NASA, where Barney Pell of Singularity worked for many years, which has partnered with Jed McCaleb and Elon Musk’s Vast and SpaceX perspectively. Barney Pell also worked with Esther Dyson, Peter Thiel and Jeffrey Epstein, as well as creating Microsoft’s “Bing!” search engine, created from his company Powerset with Peter Thiel funding. David A. Bray and Brady Forrest, advisors for Mobilecoin, were also members of Pell’s Singularity. Forrest was friends with Joichu Ito, mentioned earlier, MIT Media Lab’s former Director and Epstein friend who received funding while Director of MIT Media Lab.

Mobilecoin (Sentz) & Signal (Open Whisper System) Thread 3/ 4 Todd Huffman has played a significant role in the development and strategic direction of MobileCoin, leveraging his extensive background in technology, security, and government-related projects. Initially, Huffman served as an early technical advisor to MobileCoin, alongside Moxie Marlinspike, contributing his expertise in cryptography and secure systems during the project's formative years. Huffman’s broader connections, including his work with DARPA and the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as his cypherpunk affiliations, suggest he brought a blend of government and privacy-focused expertise to MobileCoin. His early advisory role and later directorship, as of the latest updates in 2025, underscore his influence in shaping MobileCoin’s privacy-centric blockchain and its integration into practical applications. Todd Huffman is a member of the The Singularity Summit, an annual conference on science, technology, and the future co-produced by MIRI and Singularity University. Singularity University was created by fellow transhumanist like Huffman, including Barney Pell, Ray Kurzweil and Peter Diamandis. MIRI, or The Machine Intelligence Research Institute, formerly the Singularity Institute for Artificial Intelligence, is a non-profit research institute focused since 2005 on identifying and managing potential existential risks from artificial general intelligence. MIRI received donations from Elon Musk, Jed McCaleb or Ripple and Stellar, and Jeffrey Epstein. Peter Thiel also has financial connections to both MIRI and Singularity, and founded the Singularity Summit. Huffman has a personal and profesional relationship with Epstein’s good friend and former MIT Media Lab director Joichu Ito. Huffman is a fellow supporter or Alcor Life Extension, along with Epstein, Ray Kurzweil, and many other transhumanists that follow in similar circles, including their memberships in Lifeboat Foundation and Humanity+. Todd Huffman has connections to US Naval Research Lab and Sandia National Lab. The US Naval Research Lab is connected to and co-funder of DARPA’s TOR Project, an open-source anonymity and privacy technologies browser. Similar to Bitcoin, TOR, Mobilecoin and Signal all focuse on complete anonynimity and privacy, yet all have deep connections to US intelligence and have been proven to be traceable and not completely “private” as they all claim. TOR Project has work from several other cypherpunks, aside from Huffman, including Isis Lovecruft, Jacob Appelbaum, and Chelsea Komlo. Komlo is a founder of ZCash along with Zooko Wilcox. Zcash is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency that operates on a decentralized blockchain, launched in October 2016. It is a fork of Bitcoin's codebase but introduces enhanced privacy features through the use of advanced cryptographic techniques, specifically zero-knowledge proofs known as zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge). This technology allows transactions to be validated on the blockchain without revealing the sender, receiver, or transaction amount, offering a level of anonymity that Bitcoin, which is pseudonymous, does not provide. Zcash coincidentally mirrors Bitcoin by having a total supply of 21 million coins. Edward Snowden worked with Peter Todd, a cryptographer likened to being tied to Satoshi Nakomoto, worked with ZCash. Snowden, mentioned earlier, worked for the NSA which created the SHA-256 protocol used for Bitcoin. Its cypherpunk roots and technical similarities (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs) connect it to figures like Wilcox, who also advises Bolt Labs with Ripple funding, mirroring MobileCoin’s Stellar ties. Chelsea Komlo also had a position at ThoughWorks, a DoD and US Naval Research Lab funded consulting agency focused on AI and cryptography. ThoughtWorks has ties to Bill Gate’s funded Mojaloop through the Mifos Initiative.

Peter Thiel is now an outed FBI informant, perhaps collecting data and information for the FBI and intelligence agencies for many years, or being blackmailed by the intelligence agencies to “hack” these private companies on their behalf, to reduce exposure and liability for the US government. https://x.com/XX_1133_1221_11/status/1947109830843338918

X had partnered with AU10TIX, an 8200 Unit and Israel Defense Forces (IDF) tied identity verification technology to verify a person’s “humanness” for verificaiton on the X platform. Several people working with AU10TIX are now or former 8200 Unit or IDF affiliates. X’s Senior Policy Domain Specialist is a former IDF member and former Office of the Prime Minister of Israel associate, Michal Totchani, who Elon hired once he took over X in late 2022. Signal Technology Foundation (Signal) has Israel connections through a company called Paragon. Paragon, a Tel Aviv-based smartphone surveillance startup, is co-founded by Ehud Schneorson, the former commander of Israel’s 8200 Unit. The other cofounders - CEO Idan Nurick, CTO Igor Bogudlov and vice president of research Liad Avraham - are ex-Israeli intelligence too. Also on the board is co-founding director and former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak. Ehud Barak, former Prime Minister of Israel, was a close friend of Jeffrey Epstein, a Mossad agent and blackmailer. Ehud Barak and Epstein also co-funded an AI surveillance company called Carbyne, with other funding from Peter Thiel and Trae Stephens of Palantir. It also happened to be first launched in Colorado, US where Thiel’s Palantir (AI) company is headquartered. As mentioned, all founders and leaders of Paragon are tied to Israel intelligence, specifically 8200 Unit, the NSA equivalent for Israel. Edward Snowden, an endorser of Signal, also warned how 8200 Unit received raw, unfiltered data on many US citizens as part of an “agreement” with the NSA. He also mentioned that the NSA and FBI are “aware” of Signal’s potential and encryption capabilities, possibly hinting at the likelihood it is not entirely secure, at least not from intelligence agencies, including that of Israel. Elon Musk has endorsed Marlinspike’s Signal app as being the “least insecure encryption messaging app”. Edward Snowden, a former NSA, CIA and Booz Allen (CIA tied) whistleblower is also an endorser of Signal. The NSA is responsible for the creation of Bitcoin’s encyption “SHA-256”. Aside from Snowden, Signal also was named by the CIA as being the only application CIA agents were allowed to use for encrypted messaging. 8200 Unit specializes in encryption and decryption, specializing in signal intelligence, or SIGNET. 8200 Unit also has a “Central Collection Unit” referred to as “Israel SIGNET National Unit” (ISNU) Paragon has been said to be able to crack both WhatsApp and Signal encryption, while providing Israel with that information per the NSA and 8200 Unit ISNU agreement. Peter Thiel funded a company called Boldend, a spyware company marketing itself as an American competitor to the Israel NSO Group that does business with Raytheon. Boldened targeted and hacked WhatsApp, bypassing their encryption security. It appears the company is used to target companies for “cyber warfare” specifically. Ron Gula, CEO of Boldend, founded Tenable Network Security, which is backed by In-Q-Tel, the CIA investment branch that also funds Thiel’s Palantir AI spyware company. Teneable Network Security cooperated with the ISNU to share data and information between the NSA, CIA and 8200 Unit in Israel. Palantir also has a branch in and partnership with Israel. Both Boldend and Paragon are complicit in “hacking” WhatsApp and Signal encryption, relaying that data back to Israel’s SIGNET/ 8200 Unit (subset of IDF and Mossad). However, both companies appear to be targeting these messaging apps with permission from NSA (US government) to allow Israel to use and decrypt the data. In 2020, Jared Kushner was criticized for using WhatsApp to relay communications during COVID to his teams, conducting government related business through the app. This was made public when it was found WhatsApp is less secure than originally thought and they suffered a “hack” by the Thiel funded Boldend company.

Mobilecoin (Sentz) & Signal (Open Whisper System) Thread 2/ 4 MobileCoin, initially known as Sentz, was founded in 2017 by Joshua Goldbard and Shane Glynn as a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency designed to facilitate fast, private transactions. The project builds on the Stellar Consensus Protocol for its blockchain infrastructure and incorporates privacy features inspired by Monero, using CryptoNote and zero-knowledge proofs to obscure transaction details. MobileCoin Inc. aimed to create a user-friendly cryptocurrency for everyday payments, integrating with apps like Signal. The company secured significant funding, including a $29.7 million round led by Binance Labs in 2021, and has evolved to focus on mobile payments with a strong emphasis on encryption. Moxie Marlinspike, a pseudonym for an American cryptographer and entrepreneur Matthew Rosenfeld, played a pivotal role in MobileCoin's development. Known for founding Signal and co-authoring the Signal Protocol, encryption used by Signal, WhatsApp, Google Messages, Facebook Messenger, and Skype. Marlinspike served as an early technical advisor to MobileCoin, leveraging his expertise in secure communication systems. His involvement began around the project's inception, with some sources suggesting he was named the first CTO in the original whitepaper (though this is debated). Marlinspike's partnership with MobileCoin facilitated its integration into Signal for encrypted payments, aligning with his vision of enhancing privacy through technology. His background with Whisper Systems (acquired by Twitter in 2011) and Open Whisper Systems further underscores his influence in shaping MobileCoin's privacy-centric design. Early 2018, Marlinspike and WhatsApp, DuckDuckGo co-founder Brian Acton announced the formation of the Signal Technology Foundation and its subsidiary, Signal Messenger LLC. Marlinspike served as Signal Messenger's first CEO until stepping down on January 10, 2022. DuckDuckGo, a company owned by Brian Acton that was created to compete with Google as a search engine that does not share or sell data, has funding from Thrive Ventures (Kushner VC) and Scott and Cyan Banister of PayPal mafia Marlinspike is former head of security at X (Twitter). X partnered with Stripe to handle payment processing. X also plans on releasing a new feature called XMoney (formely XPayments). Mobilecoin was designed to handle online payments, similary with Stripe. Marlinspike is also good freinds with Stripe’s founder, Patrick Collison. Stripe funded Stellar, an open-source, decentralized blockchain network focused on facilitating fast, low-cost cross-border payments and remittances. Founded in 2014 by Jed McCaleb, who also co-founded Ripple, it aims to connect global financial systems and promote financial inclusion. Mobilecoin builds on the Stellar Consensus Protocol for its blockchain infrastructure. Matt Mullenwag is a funder of Mobilecoin, and is also an advisor for Stellar. Stripe recieved early funding from several PayPal mafia people, including Peter Thiel, Elon Musk (now owner of X), Max Levchin, Keith Rabois, Reid Hoffman. PayPal recently partnered with Stellar to bridge the PYUSD stablecoin to the Stellar network. Also, Sam Altman, co-founder and now CEO of OpenAI, and Keith Rabois of PayPal and Stripe, are advisors for Stellar. OpenAI also was founded and funded by Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and is now part owned by Microsft. Marlinspike’s Signal app was awarded the “Levchin Prize for real-world cryptography” by Max Levchin in 2017. Levchin praised Signal’s encryption protocol and said he uses it “every 10 seconds”. Max Levchin co-founded a security company called Confinity with Peter Thiel that created the “PayPal” program, which was turned into “X .com” with Elon Musk in 2000, before the name was changed to PayPal in 2001 and Elon was pushed out and replaced with Peter Thiel as CEO.
