Extension of Invitation to Bid Tender No. ECWCT/NCB/PW/102/2016 The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) here by notify of an extension of submission deadline of Tender No. ECWCT/NCB/PW/102/2016.  Which was publicized on Addis zemen Newspaper dated 18 Miazia 2016 E.C. due to the amendment made on the bid document. So, ECWC invites registered eligible bidders for the procurement of supply installation & commissioning of PP (polypropylene) Hollow formwork  under national competitive bidding (NCB). 1.  Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with the offer. 2.  Bidding document should be prepared in English language. 3.  Those bidders willing to participate for supply of any type of tonner must accompanied the bid with manufacturer authorization letter or manufacturer license. 4.  Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Procurement Office with Payment of none refundable fee of Birr 400.00(Four hundred birr). 5.  This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality. 6.  Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security an amount of Birr 200,000.00(Two hundred thousand birr only) in the form of certified check (CPO) or Unconditional bank guarantee. Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted. 7.  Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement dep’t, before the closing date and time. 8.  The deadline for bid Submission shall be as indicated in the table below. የመሬት ሊዝ ጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ዝርዝር ይፋ ሆኗል። • በአንድ ካሬ ሜትር አሸናፊ የሆነው ከፍተኛ ዋጋ 470 ሺህ ብር ሲሆን ዝቅተኛ 20 ሺህ 100 ብር ነው። የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የመሬት ልማት እና አስተዳደር ቢሮ የ2ኛ ዙር የመሬት ሊዝ ጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ዝርዝር በአዲስ ልሳን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ተሰራጭቷል። በጨረታው ዝቅተኛ ዋጋ የተመዘገበው በንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክ/ከተማ ሲሆን ይህም በካሬ ሜትር 20 ሺህ 100 ብር ነው። ከፍተኛው በቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ በካሬ ሜትር 470 ሺህ ብር እንደሆነ የመሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል። በካሬ ሜትር 470 ሺህ ብር ያቀረበው " ዋን ፕላኔት ኢንተርናሽናል ት/ቤት " መሆኑን ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ከአሸናፊዎች ዝርዝር ላይ ተመልክቷል። በአጠቃላይ 4 ሺህ 201 ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰንድ በኦንላን መግዛታቸው ተነግሯል። ከነዚህ ውስጥ 2 ሺ 972 ሰነዶች ተሟልተው ተመላሽ እንደተደረጉ ተገልጿል። 1ኛ የወጡ አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች በ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ለም ሆቴል አካባቢ በሚገኘው ኤም.ኤ ህንጻ  ላይ የአዲስ አበባ የመሬት ልማት እና አስተዳደር ቢሮ በመቅረብ የሊዝ ውል እንዲፈጽሙ ጥሪ ቀርቧል። 1ኛ የወጡ ተጫራቾች ውል የማይፈጽሙ ከሆነ ዕድሉ 2ኛ ለወጡት ተጫራቾች ተላልፎ ይሰጣል።
