የጨረታ ጥሪ ማስታወቂያ ጨረታ ቁጥር ECWCT/NCB/SG-88/2016 ‹ የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተለያዩ ኦብሶሌት መለዋወጫዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ስለሚፈልግ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡ 1.  በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ነገር ግን በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ያልተመዘገቡ ተጫራቾች ለሚመለከተው የመንግስት መ/ቤት በማመልከት የምዝገባ ሰርቲፊኬት ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ 2.  በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል የዘመኑ ግብር የከፈሉበት ከሚፈለገው አገልግሎት የተዛመደ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጫ ሰርቲፊኬት እና በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ ከሀገር ውስጥ ገቢዎች ቢሮ ግብር የከፈሉ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ በማቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 400.00/አራት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የሀገር ውስጥ ጥቅል ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡ 3.  የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚመጣ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ንግድ ፈቃድ (መታወቂያ) ኮፒ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin Number) ይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4.  የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ዜግነትን ሳይመለከት ለማንኛውም አቅራቢ ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በአማረኛ ቋንቋ ነው ፡፡ 5.  ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ብር አስር በመቶ (10%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንቲ (የባንክ ዋስትና) ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ በኢንሹራንስ ወይም በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ 6.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ግዥ መምሪያ-1 ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን የካቲት 12 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም እስከ ከሰዓት 08፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡ 7.  ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻው በተገኙበት ቀን የካቲት 12 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ከሰዓት 09፡00 የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው ግዥ መምሪያ-1 የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡ 8.  መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 9.  ለበለጠ መረጃ ተጫራቾች የሚከተለውን አድራሻ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡                     የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን በግዥ መምሪያ ቢሮ           አድራሻ፡-ጉርድ ሾላ አትሌቲክስ ፌዴሬሽን ህንፃ 200 ሜትር ገባ ብሎ                   አንድነት ኢንተርናሽናል ት/ቤት ፊት-ለፊት                   ስልክ ቁጥር 0118 72 29 91/ 0118-13 45 27 / 0118-72 29 47/ Solomon Abay 3, [2/12/2024 3:34 PM] INVITATION FOR RE-BID IFB No. ECWCT/RT/NCB/PG/0091/2016 1. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the Ethiopian fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with their   offer. 3.
