ICAI has come up with a recent announcement for making the exemptions secured in May 22 and onwards exemptions permanent. The detailed announcement is attached herewithin. Further, to avail permanent exemption, the student needs to apply for the same through the link as mentioned in the announcement till 9th March, 2024. No automatic exemption will be granted. Please note that if not opted for carry forward of the exemption as per the procedure mentioned, the exemption will lapse forever.
