More and more people are falling for the same scam.
If someone messages you and asks you to open the PlayStation App and enter a code, don't do it.
That code is not for helping you. It lets them sign in to your PlayStation account by using the Console Management > Scan QR Code feature on the PS App.
Once you enter the code they send, they have access to your account and can change the email or spam the account.
Never enter a code that someone else sends you. If you're not sure, don't do it.
