Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.
Introduction:
Imagine a painter who wakes up every morning with a heart full of colours and a mind brimming with vibrant images.
From the first stroke of the brush to the final flourish, every moment spent in front of the canvas is an exhilarating journey into a world created by their passion. Now, envision a financial analyst who spends their days crunching
numbers, yet their evenings are consumed by the melodies of their guitar.
In these scenarios, the essence of the quote "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do" becomes evident.
This quote, attributed to the Persian poet Rumi, encapsulates the idea that intertwining one's deepest passions with their daily actions can lead to a life of profound fulfilment and authenticity.
Essence of the Topic: At its core, this quote emphasizes the importance of pursuing a life that is not only productive but also deeply meaningful. By choosing to engage in activities that resonate with our passions, we embark on a Journey of authenticity and self-discovery, allowing us to create a life that is a reflection of our innermost desires.
Thesis Statement: This essay will delve into the profound implications of Rumi's quote, exploring how aligning our passions with our actions can lead to personal fulfilment, professional success, and a positive impact on the world
around us. Later, a critical discussion can also go around constraints in aligning with our passions.

Nail On the fence
Once there was a man who lived with his wife and young son. Despite their beautiful home, the man noticed as his son was growing up that he was developing a bad temper and would often get angry at his parents and other kids at school. The boy’s words started hurting other people and his friends started to avoid him
One morning, the man gave his son a bag of nails and a hammer and instructed him to hammer a nail into their wooden fence every time the boy lost his temper.
While this sounded odd to the boy, he followed the instructions. After the first day, he had already hammered 43 nails into the wooden fence. This was alarming to the boy and he decided to try to control his anger.
Over the next few weeks, the number of nails he was hammering into the fence slowly decreased because the boy discovered it was easier to hold
his temper than to drive the nails into the fence.
Eventually one day, the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father the news, and his father responded by telling the boy that he should pull out a nail every day he keeps his temper under control.
Several weeks passed and the boy had removed all of the nails because he had changed his behavior.
His father took him to the wooden fence in the yard and said “You have done very well, but look at the holes in the fence–it will never be the same. When you say things in anger, it leaves a scar just like this one. No matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there.”
The Moral
People can say things out of anger that they later regret. The wounds that hurtful words create are like holes in the fence, which cannot be repaired, even with an apology.
if your are mindful of your words, you will become aware of your behavior and notice the triggers that make you angry. This can help you change your response to those stimulants.

The Proud Rose
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful rose plant in a garden. One rose flower on the plant was proud of its beauty. However, it was disappointed that it was growing next to an ugly cactus. Every day, the rose would insult the cactus about its looks, but the cactus stayed quiet. All the other plants in the garden tried to stop the rose from bullying the cactus, but the rose was too swayed by its own beauty to listen to anyone.
One summer, a well in the garden dried up and there was no water for the plants. The rose slowly began to wilt. The rose saw a sparrow dip its beak into the cactus for some water. The rose then felt ashamed for having made fun of the cactus all this time. But because it was in need of water, it went to ask the cactus if it could have some water. The kind cactus agreed, and they both got through summer as friends.
Moral of the Story
Never judge someone by the way they look.

HUMBLE: ARJUNA'S REQUEST
The preparations for the great battle of Kurukshetra were underway. Both the Pandavas and Kauravas were preparing for battle . They were busy in finding allies and building their armies.
Lord Krishna had over 10,000 men in his army and both the Pandavas and Kauravas were his cousins. Arjuna and Duryodhana go to Dwarka to meet Krishna to request his help in the warWhen they reach the palace they are told that Krishna is asleep. They enter the room where Krishna is sleeping. Duryodhana sits at Krishnas head considering him an equal. Arjuna was a great devotee of Lord Krishn and he sat respectfully at his feet.
As soon as , Krishna woke up he saw Arjuna first. He saw Duryodhana second. Krishna said , “ Cousins, it is great to see you both. I will offer one thing each to you in the coming war. My army 10,000 men to one side and I will personally join the other side but I will not touch a weapon. I saw Arjuna first so I give the first choice.”
Duryodhana started protesting, but Krishna prevailed. Arjuna bowed his head and respectfully said, “ Oh Lord Krisha! I choose you.” Duryodhana was greatly relived by this. He knew his cousins were fools, but even didn’t think that Arjuna would choose Krishna over an army of 10,000 Men.
This choice was the reason the Pandavas won the war. Lord Krishna’s wisdom during the war proved to be a lot more valuable than the 10,000 soldiers.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
We can remind that being humble is very important. It was Arjuna’s humility that made him sit at the feet of Krishna and thus gain the first choice.
It is also a reminder that wisdom is far more important than brute force

Power of Concentration
While Swami Vivekananda was in America, while passing through a bridge, he saw that some boys from the bridge were trying to shoot egg shells that were floating in the water below but they missed every time they shoot.
Swami ji were watching all that from a distance.
After watching this for sometime, he went close to them and took asked boys for gun. Boys hesitated but then gave gun to Swami ji
Swami ji fired twelve times and every time he fired, he hit egg shells. Boys were surprised to see that a monk was able to shoot gun with such precision.
Inquisitive boys were surprised to see this and asked, "How were you able to do this?"
Swami ji replied, "Whatever you are doing, put your whole mind to it. If you are shooting then your mind should be only on the target only then you will be able to do this. Once you learn to focus your mind on target then you will never miss it."
We should Learn to Focus our Mind and then we will be able to Achieve whatever we wish and Aim for.
