Update on LTR case & result 👆

Update on Today’s LTR Court Hearing (High Court) The Hon’ble High Court strongly directed OSSC/Government to publish the results. The Government side argued that an interim stay is pending in some subjects. The Court clarified and ordered that results of all subjects not under stay must be published. The Government advocate requested to release all results together after disposal of the pending case, but the Court rejected this argument. The Opposition (72 petitioners) also objected to the publication, but the Court again rejected their plea. 👉 The Court has directed the OSSC to publish all results (except those under stay) by 16th October 2025. 👉 It was clearly mentioned that if the order is not followed, the Chairman of OSSC will be summoned before the Court. 👉 The Court further observed that unless responsible officers face strict action (including imprisonment), such negligence will not change. 🔹 In short: The High Court has given a firm directive to publish the results without delay. 🔹 Official order is expected by today evening. let’s wait for the official order.
