بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام منشور رقم(29) السلام عليكم 😁✋ نبدأ رحلتنا الشيقة في ال respiratory physiology 🔥🔥 ●الجهاز التنفسي من ناحيه وظيفيه بنقسم إلي :- 💢Conducting Zone: ووظيفته نقل الغازات ،حيث يمتد من nasal cavity to terminal bronchiols وتتكون من 16 قسم من بين 23 قسم من ال tracheo_bronchial 💢respiratory zone مهم جدا في عملية تبادل الغازات حيث يمتد من respiratory bronchiols to alveoli ويضم باقي أقسام ال tracheo_bronchial وهي سبعة أقسام الجهاز التنفسي بالإضافة إلى عملية التفس بقوم بوظائف غير تنفسية على سبيل المثال:- ١/تنظيم توازن الأحماض والقواعد والماء🍊 ٢\تنظيم فقدان الحرارة 🌡 ٣/حماية الجسم من الميكروبات والاجسام الغريبه على مستوى الجهاز التنفسي🦠 ٤/يلعب دور مهم في عملية الشم 👃 وطبعا الشم بتم في منطقة معينه من الجهاز التنفسي ألا وهو:- 5cm2(سنتيمتر مربع😂😅😅😅)from upper part of nose حيث تحتوي على مستقبلات لعملية الشم. ٥/يلعب دور عظيم 🏋في عملية إنتاج الصوت 🗣 بعد النبذة الرائعه دي ارحكم نشوف الأروع 🏃‍♀️ ●أول شيء نعرف عملية التفس هي عملية تبادل الغازات (O2,CO2) وتشمل عمليتي الشهيق والزفير، ،ياترى أيهم أهم ولماذا 🤔 اكيد معظمنا حيقولوا الشهيق ما عايزه لها تفكير 👊نووو يا أخوي الأهم عملية الزفير😤 !؟ 🙄لأن زياده CO2 في الجسم يؤدي إلى fetal acidosis ممايؤدي إلىالوفاة, أما نقصان الأوكسجين فللانسان القدرة على تحمله لسنين عديدة. (نعييش ونسمع العجب🤯😂) ●Respiration divide to:- A/External Respiration ويتم فيها تبادل الغازات على مستوى الرئتين 🫁 وتنقسم لينا إلي: 1/Pulmonary ventilation حركة الغازات داخل وخارج الرئتين ببساطه كده معناها عمليتي الشهيق والزفير 2\pulmonary respiration وهي عملية تبادل الغازات بين alveoli and pulmonary capillaries B/Respiratory function of blood وهي تبادل الغازات بين الرئتين والانسجه، طيب العكس ما ممكن؟؟؟🤔أكيد and vice-versa 🤣😂😅 C/Internal respiration وتعني أكسدة المواد الغذائية 🥘🍲🌮🥗🍕 داخل الخلايا عن طريق توفير الأوكسجين وتحرير CO2 والطاقه. 💢أما من ناحيه تشريحيه يتكون الجهاز التنفسي من: Upper respiratory tract 💦 Extend from nose to upper part of trachea زي ما عارفين🙃 💫nose يحتوي على respiratory mucosa and olfactory mucosa طبعا الأنف يعتبر مكيف الجهاز التنفسي ،لأنو يعمل على ترطيب وتدفئة الجهاز التنفسي 🌺طبعا لآزم يتم تعديل درجة حرارة الهواء الداخل للجسم ليتناسب مع درجة حرارة الجسم Without nose breathing the mucosa of the trachea can be dry and crusted. 💫pharynx Common opening for digestive and respiratory system. 💫larynx عندها ثلاثة وظائف:- 1\air passage 2/protect trachea during swallowing 3/Speech production 💫trachea تحتوي على Cartilage and smooth muscle مما يسمح بالحركة للرأس والعنق ،يمتد أثناء الشهيق Trachea divide to :- Two main bronchi👉segmental bronchi 👉small bronchi 👉bronchiols 👉terminal bronchiols then respiratory bronchiols طيييب ليه التراكيا بتنقسم الانقسامات دي كلها 🤔؟ _لان الانقسامات المتعدده 1\Increase total cross sectional area حيث تكون 2,5سنمترمربع في التراكيا وتصل 11,800 في ال alveoli(ما عارفة إسمها بالعربي 😆😅🤣😂) تطور ملحوظ قلبت انقلش ووووومن 🙈😅🤣😂😂 2/ decrease the velocity of air flow in air way Lower respiratory tract 💦 تضم الجزء الأسفل من التراكيا والرئتين زي تطرقنا لهيم في جزء الاناتومي بالتفصيل المشوق🤩. وبكدا نكون خلصنا 🥳 💥إن أحسنت فمن الله وان اخطأت فمن نفسي والشيطان فاعفوا لي 🗯 #Respiratory_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

It covers most of the surface of the alveoli. ❄️The type ll pneumocyte is also called a septal cell. ❄️The type ll pneumocyte secretes surfactant. The dust cell is also called the alveolar phagocyte. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(27) الليله ان شاءلله حنواصل كلامنا عن الthoracic wall🤩 نبدا بال ⚡️nerve supply عندي typical و Atypical نبدا 💢💢بالtypical intercostal nerves T3---T6 ●بطلع لي من الintervertebral foramen ااي ياها زاتها البكون فيها الspinal cord. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️* وبجري في الintercostal space وبمشي بين الposterior intercostal membrane( ياهو نهايه internal intercostal muscle ) . 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🤭بعدها يمشي بين الinternal وinnermost intercostal muscle في الcostal groove by posterior intercostal vessels🪢 ●بنرتبهم كيف على حروف(Van )🤔 اول الvein, وبعدو الartery وتحت nerve 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ ولسه ماشي مواصل لي anterior streno costalis و internal thoracic vessels 😴واخيرا زولنا تعب واختصر الشارع Internal Intercostal muscle, anterior Intercostal membrane, pectoralis major, and deep fascia to become anterior cutaenous nerve🔪وقف هنا ●نشوف الbranch 👀 1. Communicating branch to the sympathetic trunk. 2. Muscular branches to the intercostal muscles. 3. Collateral branch which runs over upper border of the rib below🕵 4. Lateral cutaneous branch. 5. Anterior cutaneous branch. 6. Muscles of the thoracic cage أولاً لآزم نعرف العضله المسؤولة عن عمليه التنفس بأكمله ووظيفتها شنووو 🤔🙄 هي ال Diaphragm ووظيفتها :- Separate thoracic cavity from Abdominal cavity 💢نقسم العضلات حسب ال Attachments إلي:- A/Muscles connect ribs to each other وعددها اربعها معروفه بإسم intercostal Muscles وهم كالآتي:, 💫External intercostal Muscles وهي عظام تمر من الجانب الأسفل للrib إلي الجانب الأعلى للrib الذي يليه، Direction of it's fiber down wards and forwards (زي لمن تدخل يدك في الجيب.) 💫internal intercostal Muscles والتي تمتد من floor of costal groove of rib to upper border of rib below it Direction of it's fiber down wards and back wards 💫Innermost intercostal Muscles 💦قالوا ياها زاتها ال internal intercostal Muscles, لكن ظهرت أعصاب وأوعية🫀🧠 فصلتهم ولأنها بتقع للداخل سموها Innermost ،لكن يظل اتجاه الألياف كما هو 💫subcostalis وهي عضلة صغنونة جدا جدا جدا 🤏تمتد من inner surface of rib to inner surface of rib below it تشارك ال Innermost وال internal في اتجاه الألياف B/ Muscles connect ribs to sternum (transverus thoracic) وهي عضلة واحدة بس 😊 💪Sternocostalis Muscle تنشأ من ال lower half of sternum وتستقر في ال lower border of 2th_6th costal cartridges 3/Muscles connect ribs to vertebrae ومطلوب مننا نعرف الأسامي بس 🥳🥳ألا وهي:- 💫Levator costarum 💫Serratus posterior سواء كانت:- (Superior and inferior ) وبسسس بكدا نكون خلصنا 🥳 سلااام 😁✋ #Respiratory_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم (26) السلام عليكم😁✋ اليلة حنتكلم عن القفص🐦 💢Thoracic cage (bone🦴 and muscle💪)🔥🔥 اول حاجه هو شنو و فيهو شنو؟🤔 ببساطة هو sternum + rib + thoracic vertebrae + muscles 🛑ينقسم الي :- 1-Thoracic inlet:- Boundaries:فيهو a_anterior (suprasternal notch of the manubrium sterni ) b_on each side ( frist rib) c_postrior (frist thoracic vertebrae) 2-Thoracic cavity 3-Thoracic outlet :- Boundaries:🫥 a-anterior ( xiphoid process) b-on each side (lower six costal  cartilages + last 2 rib) 🛑نبدا اولا☝️ بالsternum:- وتتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء:- a_manubrium.    b_body. c_xiphoid  process. 📎كسره... عندنا ال sternal angle  يلا دي الحته بين ال manubrium و ال body  عن طريقها بنحدد حاجات كتيره😉 : 2 bone (scond rib and fourth thoracic vertebrae) . 2 beginning ( aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta). 2 termination (aortic arch and arch of azygos vein into SVC ) . bifurcation (trachea and pulmonary trunk).📎 🛑ثانيا ال✌️ribs:-        ( 12ribs on each sideعندنا) ✨اول هنقسمها علي حسب الattachments to sternum الي : 1_true ribs :upper seven ribs✅ متصلين مباشره بالsternum 2_false ribs :rib  ' 8' 9 '10❌ بكونوا متصلين بالsternum بس م مباشره كيف يعني  يعني 10 متصله ب9و 9ب8و8ب7 ال هي متصله مباشره بالsteurnum.🤨 3_floating ribs: free وديل اخر اثنين ...م متصلين نهائيا بال sternum ✨ثانيا هنقسمها علي حسب الstructure الي : 1_ Typical:  9_من 3 _يلا الtypical 👀عندها:             _ posterior end:-           Head  +neck + tubercleبتكون من          _ shaft :-   2 surface: outer and inner 2 border :superior (blunt) and inferior (sharp).       _anterior end . كده خلصنا ال 😌typical نقبل علي ال Atypical😝 2_ Atypical:1_2_and  10_11_ 12 (بنختصرها بجمله frist 2 and last 3) اول اثنين واخر ثلاثة.،👌🌚 🛑ثالثا 👌Thoracic vertebrae :- برضو ١٢في اي جهه بنقسمهم الي : 1-typical :2_8 vertebrae 2_atypical :1 '9'10'11'12 vertebrae بنختصرها في frist 1 and last 4😏 ✨نشوف اي vertebrae بتتكون من شنو : 1-body _anterior 2-neural arch _ pedicl and lamina on each side 3-at the point of junction of each pedicle and lamina  في ثلاثه processes: a-transvere process . b-superior articular process and facet . c-inferior articular process and facet. 4-the point of junction of the 2lamina there is spine.    posteriorly  بكون متجه 5-two notches in each side of pedicle (superior and inferior ). و كده خلصنا bones بشكل مختصر 😭🦴 نجي نتكلم عن ال💪🙂muscles💢💢 العضلات دي بتكون موجوده في الintrecostal space هو المسافه بين two ribs و بهذا في: 🛑_anterior intercostal space ( 9)spaces. 🛑_Posterior intercostal space (11)spaces. ✨نشوف intercostal muscles ال هي ثلاثه طبقات 1-outer layer :   فيها external intercostal muscle بتكون                                  directed obliquely downward and forward Action: elevation ⬆️the rib         (inspiration ). 2- intermediate layer:😐 فيها internal intercostal muscles directed obliquely downward and backward Action: depression⬇️ the rib( expiration) 3- inner layer : فيها تلاته muscles: كلهم بعملو⬇️ depression of rib _Lateral بنلقي: innermost intercostal muscle. هي جزء مفصول من internal intercostalmuclesبالvein و الartrey _anterior: sternocostalis muscle. بتطلع من الجزء السفلي للsternum و تتصل بالcostal cartilageرقم 2-6 _Posterior: subcostalis. قاعده في الجزء الامامي للrib و بتعبر اثنين الي ثلاثه rib  وتتصل بالrib البعديها 🥶

Parietal: ودي بتكون مبطنة لينا ال thoracic cavity من جوا من الdiaphram ماشي بيها لحد the root of neck 🧑‍🦯 _ودا بكون قادر يحس بالألم😢 2. Visceral: ودي من أسمها بنفهم أنها دي الطبقة اللصيقة بالlungs🫁 وبتكون مغطياها لينا كل بل بصل بيها أنها بتمتد لحد ما تصل للinterlober fissures _ودا بكون بحس بالتمدد لكن ما بحس بالألم😶 □الطبقة دي بتكون أخف(thinner) من أختها ●وبما أنهم two layers معنها بيناتهم مسافة واللي هو الpleural cavity ودي حنلقى فيها capillaries بالإضافةةلأنو فيها fluid 💦 ووظيفتو أنو يخلي لينا الطبقتين ديل يتحركو smoothly ويمنع الإحتكاك أثناء عملية ال respiration 🌬+يعمل توتر سطحي فيخليهم قريبين من بعض👆☝️ ●وعشان يكون الوصف أكتر دقة 🧐 قسمو الparietal pleura على حسب الregion الي هي بتبطنها واللي هم ○1.cervical pleura و بسموها برضو cupula وسموها كدا لأنها بتشبه الكباية ☕️ ودي بتكون واصلة لحد الroot of neck ○2.Costal pleura ودي من أسمها فهي بتكون مبطنة لينا الribs وواصله لحد الback of sternum ⚡️Nerve supply:intercostal nerves ○3.Mediastinal pleura ودي بتكون لينا الحدود لل mediastinal البكون قاعد فيهو الheart🫀 ⚡️Nerve supply:phrenic nerve ○4.diaphragmatic pleura ودي برضو من إسمها (أخيرا ناس الأناتومي بدو يحسو بينا 😭) بتدل على أنها بتكون مغطية لينا الdiphragm ⚡️Nerve supply:dome by phrenic .. intercostal nerves _ودا بودينا لحاجة إسمها:😐 ●costodiaphragmatic racesses ودي بتكون لينا في تحت بالأطراف ودي الحتة الفي عملية الexpiration بتكون فاضية (الرئة ما بتكون فيها) وفي عملية الinspiration بتتملي (الرئة بتتوسع لحد ما تصل ليها) _وعندنا حاجة بتشبهها وإسمها 🫥 ●costomediastinal racesse ودي بتعمل على أنو ما يكون في ضغط على ال structures البكونو هناك (بتكون فاضية برضو أثناء عملية الexpiration ●عندن تركيب ظريف تاني إسمو Plueral cuff( ماف زول كفتها ما تخاف😜) ودا بكون منطقة إتصال الtwo layers مع بعض في منطقة الhilum وبكون ماسكها لينا من تحت حاجة إسمها plueral ligament ودا بسمح بأنو الالvessels &bronchi يتحركو أثناء عملية الrespiration😮‍💨 وبسسس بكدا نكون خلصنا 🥳 سلاام 😁✋ #Respiratory_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(24) السلاااااام عليكم😁✋ اتنفسو كويس لأنو بعد شوية حتفكرو في كل نفس بتتنفسوه🌬🌚 والليلة حنتكلم عن البالونات الجوانا 🎈 ال Lungs 🫁 ●وهي عبارة عن عضو soft &spongy and elastic بتكون قاعدة لينا في الthoracic cavity 🩻 وبتكون ممتدة لحد ما الapex حقها يصل لينا الNeck . ●حنلقى شوية حاجات منها: □فيها تقعر إسمو hilum ودا بمر من خلالو الbronchi والvesslesالجاية من الheart والماشة ليهو وغااايتو 🥱 □وفي الlower end عندنا projection خفيف كدا إسمو lingula ودا شي كافي عشان تدل لينا على شكلو البشبه اللسان👅 □وطبعا ما ننسى الحتة البقعد فيها حبيبنا الheart 🫀واللي هي الcariac notch. ●طبعا هم إتنين لكن كل واحدة فيهم مختلفة عن التانية .. طيب أرح نشوفهم👀 1.Right lung ودي عشاااان هي يمين فربنا بمبارك فيها👳‍♂ فهي أكبر نسبيا من أختها دا غير أنو عندها three lobes[upper,middle,lower] وبالتالي عندها two fissures[oblique , horizontal] وديل بفصلو بين الlobes😉 (الصناعية مصطلحاتكم شغالة في الطب برضو👨‍🔧😂فشر ). 2. Left lung ودي مسكينة وعندها two lobes [upper, lower] وبالتالي عندهاone fissure[oblique]😔 -بس بتتميز بأنو بنلقى فيها الcardiac notch 🫀. 🪢Blood supply: _بالنسبة للشرايين فعندنا الbronchial arteries branches of thoracic aorta _أما الأوردة ففي الazygos &hemiazygos واللي حيصبو لينا في الIVC (inferior vena cava).😓 ⚡️Nerv supply: ودا بكون عن طريق ال pulmonary plexus واللي فيها الsympathatic ¶sympathetic 😴🤯 وبسسس بكدا نكون خلصنا 🥳(اتنفسو كويس بعد دا😜) والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ✋
