Today's newsletter is gonna be special. I am sharing the exact 2 phase process that helped me fix my life when my life had become a shit show. This isn't for those who have already climbed some steps or made some progress in life. This one is specifically for those who are at ground zero. Those who are struggling to push themselves from 0 to 1. If you're one of them, you don't want to miss today's post. Sign up here: https://basedlibrary.com/letters/

I want you all to try this: Make a list of all the tasks you have to get done in a day. And get them done way before it's time to sleep. Then, don't reward yourself with pleasure. Don't take up more work. Just sit by yourself for the rest of the day. Experience how that feels... cause let me tell you, it'll feel like success. Surprisingly, many people can't feel it. They immediately want something else to do or they feel agitated. But if you can feel it... if you can experience it... it's one of the best feelings to have.

If you missed yesterday's newsletter, you can now read it here: https://basedlibrary.com/3-steps-to-get-addicted-to-growth/

Today's newsletter is gonna be about how to become addicted to growth. A common problem we face is not being able to push through the suffering of a task that leads to growth. So, I tested different methods. Studied human nature. And came up with 3 simple methods to "want" to reach the end of the task. It won't magically take away the pain and suffering. But it will much easier to go through it. You can sign up and read the previous letters here: https://basedlibrary.com/letters/

"Sleep is the twin brother of death." And that's fortunate. Because with each awakening, life rises once again within us. Like a rebirth, we return to the surface for a new chance. And every morning, we have a choice: the choice to live our lives. We can spend it doing things that do not bring us closer to our goals and that are not aligned with our being. Or we can spend it doing things that make us happy, so that when sleep comes around again, we are happy with our day, we couldn't have done better. Every morning is a miraculous rebirth, a blank page on which we can choose the ink with which we will paint it. On this Monday morning, the beginning of this new week. Close your eyes, breathe and carefully choose your ink. Don't paint a picture that doesn't make you proud in the evening. Don't do things that are unworthy of your destiny. This day is unique. There will not be another one like it. Respect its preciousness and act accordingly. Have a great day.

Repost from The Polymath
If you're an entrepreneur, I highly recommend you read and try this: Sit down with a pen and paper. Be honest with yourself. Write every single thing you're doing from the moment you wake up, till the moment you go to sleep. Average list will be: Wake up at 8:30-9:00 am open phone Check notifications for 30 minutes Wake up get coffee Check phone go to email Open up tasks Check twitter\email again Time: 11:00 Go do a task Lose focus after 15 minutes Go to social media\email Repeat & Repeat End day drained, brain fucked up, accomplished nothing. Tell me I'm wrong that you never had one of these days. The real secret is systems and using the flow state as a secret weapon. You MUST dedicate the morning as prime real estate in your calendar. NO PHONE. NO DISTRACTIONS. NO FUCKING AROUND. Wake up at 7 am. Meditate. Walk. Sun. Journal. 7:30 you're at your desk, conquering the tasks you've written down yesterday. for 4 hours, uninterrupted. Sounds easy? If so I dare you to do this for one week. see what happens.

One of the most common problem that people and myself face: Frustration caused by negative thoughts. Everything's going great. Suddenly you doubt yourself and worry why this is happening. You watch someone younger than you, more successful than. You wonder why you ain't like him. You have too much work. Get stressed out and start doubting yourself. — Lemme tell you something... There's nothing wrong with these thoughts. You worry about failing because of your survival mechanism. You compare yourself to others because we have a competitive nature. And I haven't seen a normal human (not yogis or similar people) who has completely overcome these tendencies. Not even the highly successful people I have talked to. Even the most successful people will say that you can't avoid it. — If you really want to deal with the frustration... Just accept these thoughts and tendencies. Instead of worrying why they exist, accept them. Don't indulge in practices like meditation or walking to get rid of them - you'll only end up amplifying them. But how can you implement this? It's quite simple. Just visualize how you'll feel after a few hours. This works because from our experience the emotions always fade away. Once you have visualized the emotions fade away, get back to work. The more you do this, the less time you'll waste in the "frustration mode".

Good Morning Won't be releasing a newsletter today. I have been swamped with work and need some rest before I can write a quality newsletter - don't wanna half ass. But, I will be sending an important announcement to my newsletter readers - a gift for them. You don't want to miss that. The more you feel disturbed when someone proves you wrong, the more time you should take to fully understand it. Don't make a fool out of yourself by giving idiotic arguments to prove yourself right. Reason being... the degree of your mental disturbance is often linked to the validity of the proof. If the proof is undeniable that you're wrong, you'll be more disturbed. Cause your reality will feel threatened. On the other hand, if you easily accept some flaws in your thinking... take time to think if they are really flaws. It's easy for someone to make you accept small things (using weird logic or examples) and slowly mold your beliefs.
