Several months back, I used to trade in the stock market.
And even though it didn't make me fairytale money, it taught me one of the greatest lessons:
Provided that you have achieved quick success at least once and you continue to achieve it at completely random intervals... your desire for quick success will increase every time you fail to achieve it... until you absolutely give up.
Provided that you have seen atleast a glimpse of long term success, your desire for it will grow the more you work towards it.
Let me explain.
With anything in life, when you look for quick success, you often achieve it once (even if it's in a small amount).
This goes for extreme fat loss techniques, quick money hacks, etc.
And when you achieve it, you get a dopamine hit from it.
The problem is... quick success isn't repeatable and sustainable. So you don't continue to achieve it. Rather you fail.
No, let me rephrase that.
You don't just fail. You lose a hell lot more than you won.
The weight comes back. The money goes away. And what not.
But you keep going after it for 2 reasons:
1) The dopamine hit attracts you as long as you get the quick success again a few times
2) The pressure to achieve success increases as time passes by. So you keep looking for different tricks... which all end up being non-repeatable and non-sustainable. Hence the more you fail, the more you desire quick success
But it's different when it comes to long term success.
Once you get a glimpse of some long-term success, you start to see the value in sticking to a sustainable method. The boring fundamentals suddenly become more meaningful.
And as you work towards it... you become more committed to it. You start to see your efforts come together like pieces of a puzzle.
But how can you get that glimpse of long-term success?
Simply by picking a project in life and completing it. Can be anything internal like working on your body and mind... or external like working on your business or career.
Yes, completing that project will be difficult. You will face some resistance. That's just how life is. But once you complete that project and reflect on it... the resistance will go down and you'll start to see massive results.

Repost from HOOA Clan
The Fear into Fury Program is now OPEN [3 days Only]
Life is split into four domains: health, wealth, relationships, and passions.
When I set out to help people with my service I purposefully didn’t focus on the Big Three niche: getting people jacked, making them more money, improving their dating life.
Why? Because it’s been played out, and honestly, I see people that are more capable of doing that. Not my lane.
And yet, I still get my clients the results in these domains, if they desire so. Within working with me, within week 1-3 they get a direct win, pertaining their health, wealth, or relationships (dating, and more).
How?
Get to the root cause of it all: The mind.
See, they don’t have business problems, they don’t have wealth generation problems, they don’t have dating problems, they have personal problems. Which all originate in the mind.
I don’t do cookie cutter bullshit, but address the problems directly, and attack the core root of it all; the mind.
I’m happy to announce:
The Fear into Fury program is now officially open till Wednesday 19th April.
What the program can do for you. When dealing with the mind one can easily make it too floaty, esoteric and woo woo => Intangible.
I’ve spoken about this before, and for me this is an Absolute No-go; with my program I set out to bring my clients direct wins within a couple weeks aka: TANGIBLE.
So don’t miss out on the opportunity to get results like this:

Never ask for help from someone who gives too much advice.
Cause he never had the time to practice.

Repost from HOOA Clan
Deep down you still want to be as happy as when you were a kid, and it shows; that's not a man's main mode of being.
You can be happy. But dont expect to live in that childlike ignorant eternal bubble of bliss.

Best thing you can do as a man is realize you're never going to be happy as a kid anymore.

Am not very satisfied with today's newsletter.
Gonna need time to get better at talking about the today's newsletter topic.
But sent it out anyway cause keeping the newsletter to myself is just gonna delay my learnings.
Remember: Doing average work initially is essential to doing excellent work in the future.

Fastest way to grow?
Take what a successful person is doing. Follow his methods to the T.
But if you want a solid foundation?
Take what a successful person is doing. Do the opposite.
Fuck up and understand why what you did didn't work.
Initially, you might wanna quit out of frustration of failing. But eventually, you'll have a very strong understanding of why certain things don't work and hence why what works, works.
After that, learn from the successful people. Cause you'll have a better lens to understand their teachings.
Are there nuances to do this? Of course. But none of them change the fact that as an absolute beginner, you need failure more than you need a textbook.

You achieve a fraction of your goal every time you act towards it.
If that fraction can't make you happy, the goal never will.
Cause every goal eventually becomes a fraction.
The lesson:
Do something you enjoy doing to achieve something you enjoy achieving.
