Roles and Responsibilities
1. Social Media Manager
Plan and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Track analytics and optimize posts for engagement and growth.
Stay updated on trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns.
2. Videographer & Video Editor
Shoot and edit high-quality videos tailored for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
Work with clients to produce content that tells their brand story.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software is a must.
3. Graphic Designer
Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and design posts.
Work on branding projects for clients in various industries.
Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Illustrator is preferred.
4. Paid Ads Specialist
Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
Analyze data to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
Develop strategies to target audiences effectively.
5. Content Writer & Strategist
Write creative and engaging captions, blog posts, and scripts.
Develop content strategies to promote brands effectively.
