🔱 GOLD — Bounce or reversal? Yesterday’s CPI rose 0.6% monthly and 3.7% yearly, while today’s PPI jumped 1.3% monthly. Inflation remains hot, strengthening the case for tighter Fed policy. For gold, that creates downside risk if the dollar and Treasury yields rise in response. 🚩TA/PA Gold rebounded strongly from $4,073, but the broader 2H structure still needs a bullish breakout. Holding $4,140–$4,130 could support a move toward $4,178. A break above would put $4,190–$4,201 in focus—the FVG resistance zone—with major buy-side liquidity near $4,217. If the rebound loses momentum and $4,130 breaks, I’m watching $4,104, followed by $4,073–$4,066. For now, this is a recovery within a bearish structure; confirmation matters before calling a reversal. 🎙️ Warsh’s upcoming remarks are the next catalyst. A stronger message on fighting inflation or further hikes could pressure gold; a softer-than-feared tone could help the bounce extend. His discussion is scheduled for tomorrow, October 16, at 11:30 a.m. Malaysia time / 6:30 a.m. Lebanon time.

📌 Today, Wednesday 14 October — US CPI 3:30 PM Lebanon/Saudi | 4:30 PM UAE | 8:30 PM Malaysia This is September’s consumer inflation report. Reuters’ consensus forecast is +0.6% month-on-month for headline CPI and +0.2% for core CPI, which excludes food and energy. These are expectations—the results are still pending. Rising gasoline prices are expected to lift headline inflation, so watch whether underlying inflation also surprises. 🔎 What could this mean for markets? My scenario framework: hotter-than-expected inflation, especially core, could push rate expectations and Treasury yields higher, supporting the dollar and putting pressure on gold and BTC. Softer inflation could ease that pressure. These are possible reactions, not guaranteed directions—positioning and the details of the reports matter. ‼️The key is actual versus forecast, not simply whether inflation increased. A high headline number with a softer core could produce a mixed reaction.

#BTC liquidation heatmap shows nearby liquidity below $82K, concentrated around $81.7K–$81.8K, which could attract another downside sweep. With price making lower highs and lower lows, this supports Scenario 1 for now. ⚠️ Above price, larger liquidation clusters sit around $84.2K–$84.8K. These could become upside targets if BTC rebounds and triggers short liquidations. I’m watching the reaction below $82K: a quick reclaim could support a bounce, while continued weakness would keep the downside scenario in favor. Note that Liquidity shows potential targets, but doesn’t confirm which side gets swept first.‼️

‼️Quick Take: I see BTC’s price action forming a wave-like structure, with Scenario 1 looking more likely. Bitcoin has already retested the Fibonacci Golden Zone, where a rejection would support a move back down. Following this pattern, I’m expecting a continuation lower, potentially forming a new low below $80,350 (the previous low).

$BTC currently retesting the 200 SMA on 4H timeframe Overall PA doesn’t look good… 💸Refer to this market break down for Bitcoin’s next steps 🔑 Key Levels & Scenarios Resistance / Liquidity Zones - 82,700–83,300: Immediate resistance and current consolidation ceiling. - 84,000–84,500: Dynamic resistance around the moving averages. - 85,500–86,000: Previous support structure, now potential supply. - 86,500–87,378: Major liquidity zone, repeatedly rejected. Support / Downside Targets - 81,700: Critical immediate support and trendline confluence. - 80,000: Psychological support and upper FVG region. - 79,100: Important liquidity target within the FVG. - 78,400: Lower FVG boundary and major support. - 74,914: Previous structural low, relevant if the FVG fails.

🥈 SILVER (XAGUSD) – What’s Next? 🚩 TA / Psychological Breakdown | 3D Timeframe Silver is currently trading around $60.62, and looking at the 3-day timeframe, I believe we could see an interesting opportunity over the next 4–6 weeks. Since reaching its peak around $121, silver has been moving in a downtrend, forming lower highs and struggling to break above its resistance levels. However, what interests me the most is the liquidity sitting below the current price. We have major sell-side liquidity (SSL) around $54.76 and $49.09, which could attract price before any strong recovery. My preferred scenario is one final drop toward the $49–$55 support zone, where silver could collect liquidity, trigger stop losses, and potentially start a bullish reversal. Remember, markets often move against the majority before making their real move. If buyers manage to defend this support zone, we could see silver recover toward $71.30, where major buy-side liquidity (BSL) is sitting. A breakout above this level could open the way toward the $78–$83 FVG, followed by $89.22 and eventually $96.41 in the longer term. However, if silver breaks below $49 and fails to recover, we could see further downside toward $47.78 and $45.30. For now, I’m staying patient and watching how price reacts around support before confirming any bullish scenario. 📍Key Levels: • 🔴 Support / SSL: $54.76 → $49.09 → $45.30 • 🟢 Resistance / BSL: $71.30 → $89.22 → $96.41 • 🎯 FVG: $78–$83 ⏳ Outlook: Next 4–6 weeks My Bias: Short-term bearish, potentially bullish after a liquidity sweep and confirmation. Not financial advice.
