ملخص الcholinergic receptors
(muscarinic و nicotinic)
و شنو وضيفتهم
M = muscarinic receptor
(there are 5 subtypes بس احنا علينا فقط ب ٣)
N = nicotinic receptor
N(N) = صاير بين نيرف و نيرف
N(M) = صاير بين نيرف و مسل/عضله
الnicotinic receptors بيهم نوعين
منهم بل NMJ
و منهم بل autonomic ganglia
الي بل NMJ ينقسمون الى NN و NM، و الinhibitor مال هذا الreceptor اسمه atracurium❗️
اما الي بل autonomic ganglia, فه الdrug الي يسوي inhibition ل هذني الreceptorات اسمه mecamylamine❗️
