مقارنة بين الflanged و الopen flange immediate dentures سهلة
الflanged أحسن من البدون فلانج بكلشي عدا أنو بحالات الundercut ميفيدنا، لذلك الopen flange يكون أفضل🐣

🐚نگول للبيشنت خلال اول 24 ساعة ممنوع ممنوع ممنوع ينزع الدنچر، بس الدنتست ينزعه الدنچر ورا ال24 ساعة
🐚ايضاً نحذر البيشنت من الunpredictable esthetic لأن ما عندنا anterior try in stage فه ما ممكن نتوقع شراح تكون النتيجة
🐚ممكن يسبب discomfort يعني اول اسبوع اسبوعين حيتضايق طبيعي و يحس بألم
🐚ممكن يصير loose خلال فترة مقابرة للسنة الى سنتين او ٤ الى ٦ أشهر و بالتالي يحتاج بديل
🐚ايضاً نوضح للبيشنت أن الfit ما راح يكون بيرفكت و وارد أنه راح يحتاج الى relining او tissue conditioner او denture adhesive
