I see lots of beautifully patterned dresses on my travels through places like Totnes, Glastonbury, Medicine Festival etc. but as I approach I can literally ‘feel’ the resonance of the fabric is plastic/fake/synthetic.
Cotton, linen, hemp, silk, wool etc. have a completely different vibration.

It was a big lunar eclipse drama day all round…
A very traumatic experience for me too (like handing your child over to be operated on) but I’m pleased to say he’s recovering well today.

Yesterday (here at Medicine Festival) I decided to go to a Voice Ceremony to open my singing voice.
I didn’t realise until afterwards that the woman running it Yael Deckelbaum is a Peace Activist.
At the end of the 90 minutes she lead a group chant singing this song.
The whole experience was absolutely beautiful, incredibly powerful as well as profoundly healing.

How we do it:
HeartMath style: Breathe in and out through your heart.
Activate love, gratitude, or appreciation.
Then prayer, Tonglen, or focused thought - send peace and healing out to the world from that coherent place.
Why this matters:
During WW2, "The Silent Minute" united millions. King, PM, and people across nations paused together. Even a high-ranking German officer called it Britain’s “secret weapon” — “for which we could find no counter measure.”
Science now explains part of why.
The HeartMath Institute shows when we breathe through the heart and activate feelings of love/appreciation, our heart and brain get "coherent." Coherent hearts create a stronger electromagnetic field.
Research by Dr. John Hagelin and groups in the 1980s also found that when enough people meditate/pray together with one intention, crime and conflict measurably dropped.
Lions Gate 8/8 is a portal for higher heart consciousness and focused intention. Perfect timing to do this again.
