lore added!! in the link above, but will copy it for u, lazy shrimps --- - The motivation was to make a fox that would be different from a truesona concept, but would still be the character closest to me (not like Niko or Nikae, although they're my sonas too, but a bit... different) A character who will be what I would like to be someday - I gave him a little less scars to not clutter the design mainly I'm not ashamed of them, but they are small and there are a lot of them, which doesn't look aesthetically pleasing, so I left this concept for Tay Here I simply focused on aesthetics - what I would look like if I had no limits - It's kind of an alter-ego that exists mainly in my Mind Forest A better part of consciousness, which, however, usually doesn't have the power to take control of the mind, because it's a kind of figment of the imagination A bit like a tulpa? But different from Theo. Theo functions fully as a character only in my Forest, in my head, and doesn't appear in any world. They don't feel the need to take control in any way or manifest as a physical form (in a world where this would be possible) - Concept taken from the book "A Thousand Pieces of You" There were alternative worlds, a multiverse & the main character was able to travel between them Let's assume they're a version A & they move to another world where there's a completely separate consciousness of this person. Let's call it version B When version A transfers to this world, B "falls asleep" and A takes control of the body and mind, however, both consciousnesses are still in one mind, but only one takes control Sometimes B remembers some things from the time they were asleep; this is a great explanation for deja vu btw And let's say that Tayvenn is a created separate consciousness, most often asleep, but sometimes he "fights" Tay's main consciousness Usually at critical moments when he knows Tay won't be able to cope (such as panic attacks, paranoia moments, when Tay's scared & helpless or can't deal with his emotions) - An invisible friend created in childhood Vibe from Moon knight Character created for survival purposes, at first subconscious, then we slowly learn that it exists in us Besides, both versions can talk to each other freely in the Forest - In other words - maybe one day there will be no current Tay, because I'll manage to be the better version and then the original consciousness will become weak and redundant, replaced by it own creation Sacrificing yourself for another version of yourself; and this is the Furina vibe
