Instead of unity through shared humanity and excellence, we get engineered outcomes that breed suspicion (“Was that hire based on competence or quota?”), lower standards in critical fields, and endless bureaucracy. Decades of studies on mandatory diversity training show it often fails to reduce bias—and can even amplify it or spark backlash. True diversity thrives naturally when individuals are judged on character, skill, and results—not immutable traits. Forcing “equity” (equal outcomes) ignores real human variation and erodes the equality of opportunity that actually lifts people. The groups pushing this hardest are missing the mark spectacularly. It’s not about compassion; it’s spellbinding control—expanding HR empires, enforcing speech codes, and training people to see each other as oppressors or victims rather than fellow humans. Dear Gentle Reader, 💜 🦜⚜️this is Lady Squawkerton, reporting from the glorious Shire Animal Sanctuary. It is the first of July, and what a splendid day to mark both Canada Day and the beginning of our summer season. To all our beloved Canadian friends and family, we send our warmest felicitations on this day of celebration. 🎉 The strange phenomenon of The Calgary Stampede kicks off today for Lady Sionade and Master Dante and I’m sure the fireworks will be awesome to watch on this very day! May your festivities be as bright and joyful as the feathers upon my wing. The mangoes continue to fall like golden rain upon our grounds, and oh, the delight they bring! Mango the pig and young Diamond Boy the colt have become quite addicted to these succulent orbs, slurping away with unrestrained passion. Even the chickens and birds flock to share in this sweet bounty. But none, I daresay, loves them more than our dear Lady Colleen, though Lord Charlie and I enjoy our fair share daily as well. We are most pleased to report that the recent rains have been gentle, the newly repaired roofs are holding beautifully, and the Shire is running in splendid order. In matters of society, we have exciting news from the small mammal set. Miss Parsley, who had grown quite lonely and vocal about it, shall soon be joined by a charming new companion named Miss Sage. The two little guinea pigs will be united in a beautiful new home in a fortnight, once Sage completes her quarantine. One can only imagine the joyful squeaks that will soon fill the air. Meanwhile, our elegant Yoda the cockatiel has been upgraded to more spacious quarters and is taking to her new environment with grand flair. She continues her daily flights about the art room and, most charmingly, has begun to learn how to sing. The entire aviary listens in rapt attention whenever she practices. Next week, Lady Colleen and Lady Jerrilyn shall celebrate Lady Colleen’s Bornday on the 18th of July alongside Lord Charlie’s the day before on the 17th of July with a delightful excursion to the ancient ruins of xochicalco for a grand picnic. How romantic and refined! On a more delicate matter, young Master Liam the puppy shall visit the veterinarian this Saturday for his little procedure. One hopes he recovers his spirits quickly, though we may expect a few days of rather dramatic sulking from the young gentleman. And how delightful it is to report that Lady Colleen and Lady Jerilyn have at last discovered a most wonderful team of ladies at a hair salon who have taken them under their wing. After many years without such care and attention, these talented women have aligned with perfect vibrations and are eager to shower our dear ladies with their skills, whether it be a splendid hairstyle or a luxurious pedicure. To be cared for in return, after all they give to the sanctuary, is truly a beautiful gift, and both ladies are positively glowing with excitement to partake in this new experience, And one must also note, dear reader, that the entire sanctuary appears to be conspiring most delightfully. All the animals are in on the plot to send Lady Colleen and Lady Jerilyn off for a day of complete pampering on Lady Colleen’s Bornday , where they shall receive both a luxurious pedicure and a splendid hairdo. Never has there been a more devoted group of matchmakers and conspirators than the creatures of the Shire. And so, dear reader, as the summer sun warms our sanctuary, we remain ever grateful to our generous patrons whose monthly kindness makes all of this possible. You fast for a few days and suddenly your body softens, vitality returns, and everything feels lighter. Clarity arrives like a quiet dawn. Then life gets loud, the mind starts spinning, and before you know it, you’re reaching for the very thing that dims that light again — food, distraction, over-giving — etc…all in the name of comfort. It’s not weakness. It’s the final echo of an old pattern that once protected you. The pattern that said: Put everyone else first. Endure. Earn your worth through triage and exhaustion. That pattern served its purpose. No guilt -no shame need be attached to this…But it was never meant to be permanent. Now the ego throws up clever smoke screens — cognitive dissonance, temporary amnesia, guilt, shame, resistance to movement. It whispers that you don’t have time, don’t deserve abundance, or that asking for support somehow diminishes the love. The mind works against itself in the strangest ways, keeping us foggy so we don’t fully step into the seat of the I AM. This is the alchemical moment. The crucifixion of the old self is uncomfortable precisely because the phoenix is already stirring in the ashes. Your body showed you the truth. Your heart is calling you home to the version who flows instead of forces. And here is the beautiful truth: The Phoenix Moment happens as many times as it needs to. There is no limit. Every time we call in a new version of ourselves through our clear desires, our open allowance, and our deep gratitude — the genie grants us another unlimited PM (Phoenix Moment). We can have as many as we wish. Each one lifts us higher. The shift is simpler than it feels: When the old compulsion rises, pause and speak to it gently: “I see you, old protector. Thank you. I no longer need to comfort eat (or scroll, or over-give or over share or worry) the distress. I transmute it now into pure vitality. I AM the ease. I AM the clear one.” Then do one small, sacred act for the radiant version of you. The money channel, the abundance river — it wants to roar like spring melt. Let it. He spoke of Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh — that beautiful moment where the little boy and his bear are still playing together in the enchanted forest, no matter what. That forest lives inside every one of us. It’s where our inner child waits. The playful, curious part of us that just wants to create, laugh, and feel free. But the adult world — the worries, the bills, the pressure to survive — pulls us away. I feel that pull every single day trying to make ends meet and care for the animals. Still, I’m striving to return to that enchanted forest. To choose play, presence, and soul time even when the mind says “you should be working.” Because this is the real healing work. Connecting with that little child inside isn’t optional — it’s how we truly know ourselves. The enchanted forest isn’t a fantasy. It’s where our soul remembers who we really are. Dear Gentle Reader … Know thy self and become the Master 💫🌟 Today I was reading in the gnostic teachings and this is a strong message that came from them… When someone is fully taken over by ego, they become like a vampire — they can no longer see their own reflection. In that moment, the inner Yaldabaoth has risen. Yaldabaoth is the arrogant, jealous, lion-faced being born when Sophia (Divine Wisdom) tried to create without her consort Logos (Divine Order). Without balance, her creation became a monster — the ultimate expression of unchecked left-brain ego. This lives in every one of us. When we lose our center, our own left brain turns into this unbalanced Demiurge. We become childish, raging, and blind. We throw tantrums, demand our way, and create chaos instead of harmony. In these moments, we are no longer acting as a conscious human — we have become the beast. This is why the Bible calls 666 both the number of the beast and the number of man. When we fall into fear and let the left brain run wild, we become 666 — the beast. When we stay centered in the middle way, balanced between Wisdom and Logic, we become 666 — the true Man, standing at the highest frequency beside God. The choice lives inside us every single day. Protocol when you feel your own Yaldabaoth rising: Stop. Go completely silent. Take slow, deep breaths and ask yourself: “Who is speaking right now — me, or the beast?” Don’t speak. Don’t defend. Don’t explain. Silence is your greatest weapon. Mastery comes through repetition. Every time you catch him early and choose stillness over reaction, you weaken the beast and strengthen the observer.
