4) select all these files - right mouse click - compress to ZIP, i mean 1-2 BSOD reports, a screenshot of windows version and ntoskrnl.exe
and send me this archive

| 7 |  Both BO7 tool are unfrozen because I don't know what to update. Steam and Bnet are working as usual, but there seem to be issues with Xbox Game client (2 FPS after inject, BSODs. etc.). Some users have the game version 1.0.195.0, but I have 1.0.91.0 on two PCs. I've reinstalled the game several times in the last 2 hours, but there are no any updates, nothing at all and everything works. I simply have nothing to update.
