Public resources should never be used to build the personal brands of serving state officers. PS Raymond Omollo has consistently shared images of taxpayer-funded projects bearing his personal watermark and identity. These Projects do not belong to Raymond Omollo, he is a public servant and should not be watermarking State Projects. Government development are not tied to him. Public projects belong to Kenyans, not PS Raymond or politicians and public servants seeking a national political profile. Civil Servants like PS Omollo should stop the practice, and EACC should make sure they remove branding and personal watermarks from official State project communications. The only watermark needed from Raymond Omollo is what he is doing to make sure each and every Kenyan is protected by the agencies that respond directly to the State Department for Internal Security and National Administration in Kenya.
