A Little Note About Our Personal Shopping Service 🩷
It seems like there have been some changes to overseas shipping recently.
While we can opt for express shipping, it would cost approximately an additional S$80–S$150 per bag. (inclusive GST) - DM for more details.
Otherwise, we’ll proceed with the standard shipping option.
Current estimated shipping timelines:
• 🇪🇺 Europe: approximately 2 weeks or more
• 🇯🇵 Japan: approximately 3 weeks or more
• 🇺🇸 United States: approximately 2 weeks or more
Please also note that our Personal Shopper (PS) team shops for your items, and they are usually shipped out the following week. This process alone takes approximately 1 week.
For purchases from Designer Boutiques and Outlet Stores, orders generally require around 5 working days for processing before they are ready for shipment.
We’ve also been exploring alternative local couriers in each country to improve delivery times. However, our priority is ensuring your purchases arrive safely, so we’re continuing to use the couriers recommended by the stores or those we’ve trusted over the years.
