1 simple reason why many people fail.
This is based on interacting with >3000 over participants of programs, seminars & workshop over the years.
Because if you ever attended events or masterminds before, I understand it can be addictive because you feel excited & inspired for what's to come.
However, the more important question is how much action do you take when nobody is watching you, when its boring, or when you don't "feel like it".
As such, the reason why most people fail is they simply don't put enough time into doing the work.
Because instead of finding the next sexy technique, getting inspired all over again, or attending yet another learning event,
The answer is usually to just put in the work and reps.
If you are able to put in just an additional 1 hour into doing the work instead of simply learning & getting inspired,
That means an extra 7 hours a week, 30+ hours a month, and 365 hours of additional output per year.
And yes, while learning is important,
Ask yourself how much actual work do you actually put in every single day - and that could possibly give you a clue to why you are not getting the results you are looking for.
You got this :)
P.S. Again, I'll be holding my Ultimate High-Income, Time-Rich™ Blueprint Masterclass where I'll be sharing everything I learnt about accelerated learning & building a business/side hustle from 0-$250,000 starting completely from scratch.
It's simply >$100,000 and 5+ years of worth of learning condensed into 2 hours - you don't want to miss it. See ya!

WHO AM I TO COACH OTHER PEOPLE NOT IN MY INDUSTRY?
As a coach, I am often asked this question.
My answer?
Second positioning.
"Second Positioning," aligns with the concept of empathy and perspective-taking.
It involves putting myself in the shoes of clients or audience to better understand their needs, challenges, and perspectives.
By adopting their point of view, I'm able provide more relevant and valuable advice that addresses their specific concerns:)
Hope this was helpful!

In Just 20 Seconds, Your Life Can Change (Pt. 1!)
To introduce a new habit, we need to decrease the activation energy for 20 seconds (make it as convenient as possible to start a new habit), and to avoid an existing habit, we need to increase the activation energy for 20 seconds (make it inconvenient to continue the existing habit).
This “20-Second Rule,” is a positive psychology principle introduced by Shawn Achor and applied it to himself in my story above.
Curious how he applied it to habits he didn't like?

GROWING MY SIX FIGURE BUSINESS BOILS DOWN TO THIS...
Here's something I believe in and something I've observed in a lot of my clients:
Consistently changing strategies without seeking feedback or giving enough time for strategies to yield results can indeed hinder success.
Let me break down your statement and provide some context:
Frequent Strategy Changes: Consistency and persistence are often important for success, as they allow you to refine and optimize your approach over time.
Feedback Loop: Feedback is crucial for improvement. Without feedback, you might not know whether your strategies are working as intended or whether adjustments are needed.
Sticking to Familiar Strategies: While it's beneficial to have a foundational understanding of certain strategies, being unwilling to learn and adapt to new approaches can limit your growth.
Balancing Change and Persistence: Achieving success often involves striking a balance between adapting to new circumstances and staying committed to strategies that have proven effective.
In summary, successful individuals and businesses tend to combine consistency with the ability to adapt.
They recognize the importance of feedback and understand when to stick with what works and when to adjust their approaches. It's a dynamic balance that requires careful consideration of both internal and external factors.
Hope this helps you today!

I'm celebrating my birthday in a pretty unique way this year.
Because besides spending some time in the morning with my wife & lunch with my mum in the afternoon,
I've been spending most of today alone and writing some of my reflections down.
I've decided to share it here, and hope you enjoy and get some value out of it.
Enjoy :)

Happy Friday!
It's a great day to stop pretending that you'll achieve your financial & personal goals just by attending seminars, consuming social media content and watching online videos.
It's also time to stop overthinking, procrastinating, or even feeling bad about your lack of progress & growth.
Life is so much more exciting if you just take action & have faith to keep moving forward.
You got this!!!
🔥 Or ♥️ if you see this :)
Are you currently daunting a deadline?
Here's the truth about procrastination.
It is our body's way of avoiding negative emotions and does not mean you're plain lazy.
Entrepreneurs may face various challenging tasks in their journey, like launching a new product, making critical business decisions, or dealing with financial uncertainties.
Procrastination can be a natural response to these stressors, but it can hinder progress and hinder success in the long run!
Hope this sheds some light and encourages you to take action.

The One Piece of Advice I'll Never Get Tired of Giving
Systems and doing boring things can feel so heavy and tiresome.
I feel you.
But hear me out.
James Clear, author of the best-selling book Atomic Habits, affirms the value of boring routines with this:
“The only way to become excellent is to be endlessly fascinated by doing the same thing over and over. You have to fall in love with boredom.”
Boring routines do not make you a boring person.
They make you a consistent person and being consistent raises the probability that you’ll do the things that result in making you the person you want to be.
Hope this helps!

Out of the $100,000 I invested into programs & seminars over the past decade, there is no question which one has been the most powerful for me.
Because out of all the business, productivity, marketing or investment training out there,
The one that has most impacted my life is still in the area of mindset & personal development.
And here are some reflections from a program I co-organied this weekend that could benefit you:

Happy Sunday!
Here’s what Master Implementers has been up to this week:
1. 😐 Sharing what REALLY happened during my Experience Working in an 8-Figure Business…
For >2 years I worked for a well-known 8-figure company in the seminar & education space.
On the surface, everything seemed great and exciting...
However, something I’ve never publicly shared is that when I joined, there were some things I was actually unhappy about.
Because in the first few weeks of joining, I was always afraid that I’d "screw up" and would question if I was even good enough to be there in the first place.
Starting from simply a participant in their programs, to being a part-time coach & trainer, and then a full-time digital marketer, it was nerve-wracking working with folks I’ve been learning from and looking up to for years.
But eventually, I realised I was wasting my precious energy & time with thoughts that were not serving me at all.
Find out more about it here: https://www.facebook.com/MarcTeoo/posts/pfbid0oUPaTT72vmZSyix26fojB7wHzJBNVihdUipZnfzTo7hpJPADDdNxsWoP5oRU54Cfl
2. [How to Get People to BUY FROM YOU]
Let's talk about SECOND POSITIONING.
"Second Positioning" is a concept that involves putting yourself in the buyer's shoes or empathizing with the customer's perspective.
By doing so, you gain insights into their needs, preferences, pain points, and expectations, allowing you to better cater your products, services, or marketing messages to meet their demands effectively.
Instead of asking: "How can I sell more products?"
Ask this instead: "What are the specific needs and problems of my target customers?
Instead of asking: "What pricing model should I use?"
Ask this instead: "What pricing strategy would offer the best value to my customers while aligning with their willingness to pay?"
Instead of asking: "How do I promote my brand on social media?"
Ask this instead: "Where does my target audience spend their time online, and how can I create engaging content that resonates with them on those platforms?"
the list goes on!
Watch and listen to it here: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=196813113083851
Alright, that's it for now.
Thanks for sharing this incredible week with us. Expect even more inspiration and insights to come next week.
To Your Success,

Set a Personal Hourly Rate.
If you don't value your time, no one is going to value yours.
The reason why most folks move so slow its because they penny pinch, not just in terms but also in time.
It's also why I recently invested $3000 into 3 hours of consulting.
Or 5 figures for a personal mindset coaching program.
Yes, I can figure it out on my own, but as time is so freaking valuable for me, I rather invest in someone who can teach me in a few years what he/she has taken decades to learn.
All because I value my time - and I'd suggest many of you to do it too! :)

Life can be so much better if all we do is just to be kinder & more compassionate to ourselves.
"Can you GUARANTEE me results? If yes then I'll pay"
One of most dangerous mindsets anyone can have.
You see, while we offer a guarantee for our programs, we dont guarantee anyone anything.
Yes, even if we do whatever it takes to help folks succeed, a lot of stuff can happen where its out of our control.
But a huge red flag is when someone says "you guarantee me results, then i pay"
This usually means the other party is not willing to take co-responsibility, waiting for the results to come to him/her, and does not want to take any form of risk at all.
Dangerous thinking.

What do you do when things don’t go your way?
You can choose to bitch, whine, take offence, and moan about it,
Give up, avoid, or procrastinating aka running away
Or you can take it as feedback, embrace the challenge, and see how you can still benefit from the situation
Your choice.
What will you choose today?
One of the most useful things one can do in the world:
Keep to your word.
Applies whether is it to others or yourself.
It’s something I’m actively working on too, and it’s a new guideline I’ve set for all my clients to keep to as well.
Remember: your word is your bond.
