It is designed to treat B-cell cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma. ✅The development of indigenous CAR-T cell therapy in India is a significant achievement, as it has the potential to make this life-saving treatment more affordable and accessible to patients in India and other developing countries. ✅Currently, CAR-T cell therapy is very expensive, costing hundreds of thousands of dollars in the United States.
