Are you passionate about building a supportive and diverse campus culture? Do you believe in the power of inclusivity and community-building? We are looking for motivated students to serve as co-facilitators for this year’s NOW Interpersonal Engagement Workshop (1pm-4pm, July 29). As a co-facilitator, you will work alongside faculty members to lead important discussions on topics such as privilege, barriers, identity, cultural sensitivity, and social dynamics. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the conversation and creating a welcoming space for all students. We are looking for students who: 🌈 Value inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives. 💗 Demonstrate empathy. 🗣 Are open to engaging with difficult conversations with an open heart and mind. 🙆🏻‍♀️ Have a desire to help create an environment of belonging for all students.
