Good morning Some maintenance ongoing at Data Centre atm Thanks!

Aware of issue with VOD on the flix app. As mentioned before everyone should have more than one app installed The app developer for that app was messaged a few hours ago but still no reply

Good afternoon We have been told the icam team are relocating data centers and will be roughly 7 days till everything should get back to normal Obviously we have alot of back ups but stability we are all used to should resume within the next 7 days Thanks

Issue with server for premier league hub section. Use alternative channel for now Data centre is aware and looking will swap a few of the main channels like the coupang ones to another server for now. Thanks

Flix app developer has fixed for people who prefer that app. Make sure you have backups installed as that app isn’t the most stable

We managed to get all skysp back online cause we have alot of sources 😉 (not sky sports nowtv) that being said the bitrates are all over the shop and alot are very high so please bare that in mind, FHD could be SD and SD could be FHD Entertainment (majority) Docs (majority) Cinema (majority) News (majority) Kids (Majority) FTA (Majority) TNT Sport (Majority) Majority back online cause the backups we hold ❤️

Icam infrastructure is being moved around so will be up and down untill sources sort Thanks

MAINTENANCE Our main data centre are fixing an issue, over last few days they’ve had server dropping out every few hours and then coming back online within couple minutes. Sorry for short notice they sent announcement before bed but didn’t see it so if you are seeing any connection issue this morning that will be why. They’ve done early hours so doesn’t affect many people. Thanks

Looks like servers are coming back now No official message from data centre but hopefully they have fixed quickly.

Data centre looking now Will update when we know more. Apologies for delay but nothing we can do issue there end just need to wait for them to sort so our servers come back online.
