🌷ليش في ناس ما يصير عندهم serum sickness؟؟ لانو ال antigen اللي احنا نتكلم عنه بتنتهي من الجسم .. قبل ما ياخذ الجهاز المناعي وقته وتطلع ال Antibody ..فما تطلع الا بعد نقصان الانتيجين وما يحصل تراكم لل Immune complexes ... فما يصير عندي الserum sickness #مناعة #مايكرو

🌷المسكين دعس المسمار .. مرة ثانية. .. عطوه anti- tetanus عيصير عندي early serum sickness Due to Early response لانو ال Antibody موجودة عندي مسبقاً... بسبب وجود ال memory cell اللي ظهرت من Immune reaction طبعا Antibody against antigen administrated with antibody of tetanus #مناعة #مايكرو

🌺 لو في واحد دعس مسمار .. بيعطوه Anti- tetanus ؟ هو عبارة عن ايش ؟ عن Antibodies من مصدر حيواني .... لذلك لما تحقنها بالجسم .. ممكن يكون الانتي بدي هذا معاه انتيجين يعتبر ك foreign للجسم وفي بعض الحالات ممكن يتسبب في Hypersensitivity reaction type 3 .. يقوم الجسم يطلع له Antibody الان كمية الانتيجين اللي دخلت الجسم كبيرة excess .. فبالنهاية يتكون عندي immune complexes وتؤدي الى ظهور الاعراض ... وهذا الخبر اسمه serum sickness ويعتبر🌷 self limited🌷 لانو بنعطيه single dose و بيكمل الانتيجين بعد شوية #مناعة #مايكرو
