If YES Bank has to reach its life time high, then it would become larger than HDFC Bank. Outstanding shares were 2.5billion (share price is 380) in 2019 and currently it's 30 billion (share price is 25). Technically market cap of yesbank of 2018 and 2024 is same. So if you say it's impossible to grow as big as HDFC then how would shares of yesbank touching 150 in a decades time. Long term investors be carefull, don't be blind.

If IRFC falls by 50% I have the answer. 1) With a small spread (0.4%), the company will have to lend incremental 1 Lakh Core, to generate additional revenue of Rs 400 Cr. Irrespective of huge demand for Capex in Railways, Realizing incremental profitability looks very difficult for IFRC. 2) Assuming 8% average cost of debt and 10 times leverage with 0.4% spread, one cannot make more than 12% RoE (8+(0.4*10)) in best case scenario. The RoE of 15.5% cannot be achieved in future. 3) If Interest rate drops in market, RoE will further reduce, as IFRC cannot change the spread (0.4%) Retail investors will again cry and blame market for their madness but wont blame themselves.

Market won't rally post election for 6 months as markets has already considering BJP will come to power. Markets will correct by 20% and recover back within 6 months if bjp looses. Markets will be tough for new investors who are overconfident 2024 will be a nice base for 2025 rally. Those waiting to time the markets will keep waiting for opportunitty till 2026 or 2027 if BJP wins

Market cap to GDP ratio is 1.2 for now. It's fine till we reach 1.65 (Similar to year 2006) In August 2020 we were at 0.98 Nifty at 25,000 soon with reasonable corrections. Remember we need to touch 40000 by 2030~31 at the CAGR of 12% conservatively.

If ALGO was perfect and efficient we would have a algo for running a nuclear reactor. It's just marketing A feel of safe or advanced system which the owner of algo assumes to be convinced off and sells the same as a product/service to end user who believes to be safe, advanced, efficient.
