Special notes for all my dear customers for rides :
1 # once tracking link is given it is your responsibility to track cab always be online after payment .
2# If you missed cab don't argue pay your cancellation charges. If you are there at pick up point and Driver denied to go just click photo of cab number plate and send us we waived cancellation .
3 # Please take care for your belongings if you lost in cab it is not our responsibility to get back things.
4 # Always check once your pick up and drop once cab is booked and you want to switch 20$ cancellation charge is applicable.
5# Though the ride can be booked in 5 to 10 mins but always message before 15 min is beneficial for you.
Official time for booking is 5 to 12 min
6# if you are not paying immediately and paying after 20 minutes or more then that always ask fare again then only pay don't pay directly because Uber/Lyft fare keeps on changing.
7# Now onwards it is compulsory to give the city name and zip code no half address would be accepted in spite of asking for the full address if not provided then we are not responsible for any mess no corrections will be made in ride.
