The Gold/Silver Ratio has been dropping lately, and fast.
Just one week ago it was still in the 80's.
Silver is a much smaller market than gold in terms of total market capital, and therefore a much more volatile market.
The Gold/Silver Ratio historically averaged between 15:1 and 16:1 ... the natural mining ratio.
Ever since The Crime of 1873, however, the price ratio has been less stable and has departed from the mining ratio.
Currently, the Gold/Silver mining ratio is just below 8:1 but silver is priced at 10x lower... making silver the most undervalued asset on earth.

A lot of "single family" houses built now are twice as big (and used by people with half the number of children) compared to 75 years ago.
Large developers chasing money are encouraged to build either McMansions or pods.
The system approves of McMansions because it functions as a capital sink and tax farm... the pods are approved because it feeds into the depopulation agenda.
Starter homes and working class Whites are simply unwelcome with the current tribe in charge of our nations.
