Hello sir I have a doubt, is the proper time interval absolute or relative ? If it is absolute then, for example there are two events that occurred in space at the same place , ram from earth observe that Hari from spacecraft which is moving with 3c/5 observe that. Suppose Ram observe the time interval between them is 20 minutes and Hari observed that 30 minutes. If proper time is absolute then which among these is proper time? If the proper time interval is relative then is it true that for Hari proper time interval is 30 minutes and for ram it is 20 minutes ? One more doubt is in time dilation we know ∆t = ∆t'×a but sometimes use ∆t'=∆t × a where a is called gamma factor ?

Can someone please check if the answer is c?
