Ye you are correct always continuous ni hota ... 2 chije hai 1) charge density surface pr ni di (question me mention ni kiya) toh continuous hone ki possibility aa gyi, agr change density hoti hai tabhi normal component discontinuous hota hai 2) koi aur option correct ho ni skta Toh issi ke sath Jana chahiye...
