Note 1: Since PAN/Aadhar is not submitted, threshold limit of 5 lakhs is not applicable.
Note 2: TDS u/s 194O if there is no PAN, 5%
Note 3: TDS is computed on gross value.
Mr. X (not having PAN or Aadhar) sells good through Flipkart during P.Y. 2020-21 worth 4,00,000. Flipkart charges a commission of 10% and paid 3,60,000. Is Flipkart required to deduct TDS u/s 194O?
