Robinhood Chain will likely never launch an own token. There is no economic incentive to do so because the success will be captured by its $HOOD stock. Rather, a token launch could be very damaging. If the chain launches a token, the stock price would inevitably react negatively on that. If the chain would fail, the token could become worthless and the investors in the company could lose trust. There’s a lot to lose for Robinhood. Same is true for Base and Arc btw. There is nothing to win for them to launch a token. All this is such good news for $ETH.
