Our fighter plays it very well, letting the other waste energy trying to put him away early. He barely throws any power shots until around the 2 minute mark.
Eventually the culmination of body shots is too much for the other fighter to handle and he falls. Pretty skilled for 2 guys fighting around a forklift in a factory.

The Japanese kickboxer is forced to go as hard as he can. Strickland (who is an MMA fighter, not a full time striker) is taking it very easy in him.
By the end of the spar the kickboxer's face is messed up and he's gassed. Strickland doesn't have a mark on him and looks like he could go 10 more rounds.
