- Es ist erlaubt mit Vorauszahlung zu verkaufen, während sich die Ware noch nicht unter seiner Verfügung befindet - im Gegensatz zum Verkauf einer spezifischen Ware.
- Die Haftung (Gewährleistung) legt die wahre Natur der Verträge offen. Daher liegt die Gewähr für die verkaufte Ware beim unmittelbaren Händler (Der Ertrag steht demjenigen zu, der die Haftung trägt).
