Es geht nicht darum, sich eine lange Liste von Dingen selbst zu verbieten, sondern die Entscheidung zu treffen, ein klares und bewusstes Leben zu führen, weil gerade wir für unseren Kampf die Stärke die daraus erwächst brauchen. Unser Kampf ist kein Sprint, sondern ein Marathon. Wir brauchen von jedem die beste Version seiner selbst, denn wir werden noch sehr lange, sehr viel Kraft in diesem Kampf mobilisieren müssen. Alles was uns an äußeren Einflüssen dabei Kraft kostet, statt uns Kraft zu geben, muss dabei entfernt werden. Es gibt keine Checkliste, mit der man irgendwann perfekt ist. Es gibt nur eines und zwar den Waffengang gegenüber uns selbst, in einem Krieg indem wir jeden Tag Land gewinnen können, wenn wir immer daran arbeiten und dran bleiben, jeden verdammten Tag zu nutzen, besser zu werden.
