Dear Postgraduate Students,
Please be informed that the submission deadline for the Student Progress Report has been extended until Tuesday, 7 July 2026.
This extension is granted to provide students with additional time to complete and submit their reports through the SMPB (Integrated Student Management System).

Supervisor Verification Period: 29 June 2026 – 19 July 2026
⚠️ FINAL WARNING
This is the final extension. No further extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
Students who fail to submit their Progress Report by the extended deadline may face suspension in accordance with the Centre for Postgraduate Studies regulations.
Students are strongly advised to complete and submit their reports well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
