FESTUNG FRANZENSFESTE // 25.07. // 20:00–05:00 For the fifth time, @placebo.systems returns to Festung Franzensfeste. This year marks a special edition: for the first time, the event is being created together with three collectives - @placebo.systems , @urbanospective and Vienna-based @wums.kollektiv Three collectives, three different perspectives, united by a shared passion for underground electronic music and independent culture. Throughout the night, each collective will present one of their residents, joined by carefully selected special guests. But this gathering goes beyond music. Parts of the fortress will be transformed through visual interventions, installations and artistic contributions. Local and international artists will showcase, exhibit and share their work, while small independent stands and creative projects will be spread throughout the venue. From 20:00 until 05:00, expect a night of powerful sound, unique surroundings and a meeting point for music, art and community. 4	ITA Ti invitiamo al workshop Theater of Drag: Character, Transformation, and Collective Imagination 🎭 un workshop che invita a esplorare l'uso della performance e del teatro come modalità _trasformativa e politica_ per esprimere e agire sui propri conflitti, il tutto in drag. Si ispira al Teatro dell'Oppresso, la tecnica comunitaria sviluppata da Augusto Boal: insieme creeremo _personaggi_, daremo spazio alle nostre _emozioni_, ci esibiremo _lз unз per lз altrз_ e discuteremo delle difficoltà della vita quotidiana, usando l'umorismo e l'iper-drammatizzazione in stile telenovela. Il rapporto documenta 2.999 violazioni dei diritti umani registrate in 343 giorni di monitoraggio e analizza il ruolo svolto da coloni, organizzazioni private e istituzioni nel processo di espulsione della popolazione palestinese dalla Cisgiordania. Juli 18:30 Stadtbibliothek Brixen In Mexico City finden sich zwei Prozent aller weltweit lebenden Tier- und Pflanzenarten, und die Biodiversität von New York City hat sich seit seiner Gründung mehr als verdoppelt. In Zeiten von Klimawandel und Artensterben stellt sich zunehmend die Frage, wie wir in der Stadt – einem der unterschätztesten Ökosysteme überhaupt – eine neue Koexistenz aushandeln und Spielregeln für panökologische Partizipationsprozesse definieren können. Eine vielversprechende Möglichkeit bieten die Rechte der Natur, die Mensch und Umwelt auf eine Ebene stellen. In Curridabat werden Bienen aktiv in die Stadtplanung miteinbezogen, die Seine wurde kürzlich zur Ehrenbürgerin von Paris ernannt, und in der Bucht von San Francisco haben Wale und Delfine eine Art Vorfahrtsrecht. 19	🗓️ SAVE THE DATE Creative Mornings: Curate (cu-rate) with Zigzag Collective Friday, June 26th at 8am 📍@weigh_station — Via dei Portici 19A Laubengasse, Bolzano Bozen The breakfast will be hosted in the @waagcafe in the ‘Aquarium’ space In this new June #CreativeMorning breakfast lecture, we’ll explore the global theme of Curate, with our hosts Zigzag collective that approaches ‘’Curate’’ as an active practice of transforming and reclaiming reality through the practice of hacking everyday objects ZIGZAG offers, in stark contrast, an anti-ableist and participatory perspective capable of challenging dominant representations of bodies and intimacy. Through DIY practices and the hacking of everyday objects, the collective explores how it is possible to construct tools, imaginaries and narratives that are accessible and attuned to the complexity of contemporary bodily experiences. For Zigzag, curating means rethinking imposed narratives to create new ones and build spaces that can truly represent us. As part of Creative Mornings, the Zigzag collective will lead a participatory workshop on the body, pleasure and the reappropriation of everyday objects. The aim is to transform everyday objects into tools for self-determination, through the practice of hacking and speculative design. The workshop will be held from 17.30 to 19.30 on Friday.
