According to these rules; • Passport Requirement Returns and Scanning Will Be Required: For DV-2027 applications, it will be mandatory to enter your valid and unexpired passport information. Simply entering the passport number will not suffice; a scanned copy of the page containing your biographical information and signature must be uploaded to the application form. • $1 Symbolic Application Fee: To cover system maintenance and security costs, all applicants wishing to participate in the DV program will be required to pay a $1 fee during registration. No waiver or discount will be applied to this fee in any country or under any circumstances.
