📣 Un breve recordatorio
Recordamos que existe una función en DixMax para saber antes de reproducir si ese contenido esta o no en buena calidad o en calidad cine.
Ejemplo 1 - Super Mario Galaxy
🚩 Fondo de la calidad en naranja - Calidad cine (menor calidad a la esperada/calidad mala), aún no se ha conseguido en mejor calidad y habrá que esperar. Se actualizará en cuanto se consiga en buena calidad.
Ejemplo 2 - Avatar: Fuego y ceniza
✅ Fondo de la calidad en color gris - Calidad esperada (la calidad esperada en DixMax).
* Estos ejemplos son tomados de la app de Android móvil, aún asi aplica también a Android TV.
Muchas veces se suben películas en calidad cine por la insistencia de los usuarios y por la popularidad de la película.
Depende de ti si quieres verla en esa calidad o esperar a que se consiga en una mejor calidad.

| 4 | Hola usuarios, sabemos que actualmente no se están generando anuncios y, por lo tanto, no es posible obtener puntos para Android TV.
Para evitar interrupciones, hemos recargado todas las cuentas con puntos suficientes para seguir reproduciendo contenido mientras resolvemos el problema.
Seguiremos realizando recargas adicionales mientras esta situación persista.

Lo hemos revisado y el problema que sucedía con algunos usuarios que no recibían ningún punto al visualizar el anuncio debe estar corregido y ya otorgarlos correctamente. Todos los puntos obtenidos por los usuarios afectados serán añadidos a sus cuentas en breves. | 74 439 |

| 10 | Sobre el nuevo sistema de puntos. Este cambio a sido necesario debido a problemas con el anterior sistema.
1. Para reproducir cualquier contenido necesitas 1 punto.
2. Vas a la sección "Ganar puntos" que será nueva, le das a ganar puntos, ves un anuncio y listo.
3. Al ver un contenido, se consume el punto.
Cuando abras un video y no tengas puntos, se te pedirá en el mismo reproductor que veas un anuncio así no tendras que echarte para atras.
Dado que los puntos se te consumiran tanto por reproducir en el movil como por reproducir en TV, el ratio será 1 punto = 1 vídeo. | 69 189 |

| 13 | Problemas con la reproducción
Estamos teniendo problemas con algunos servicios. Razón por la que la reproducción instantánea no está funcionando con fluidez.
