1️⃣ Internship Strategy (Jangan Memilih)

Ikut inspector ke lapangan, belajar term industri, dan tengok sendiri actual plant operation. Ini kelebihan besar bila interview nanti.

Jangan tunggu permanent job baru nak mula kerja.
Ambil peluang kerja kontrak (1-6 bulan) seperti: shutdown project, turnaround inspection, temporary QAQC, atau site technician.
Di sinilah lubuk sebenar untuk bina networking, competency, dan reputation. Ramai senior inspector bermula dari sini.
3️⃣ Site Exposure Strategy (Praktikal > Teori)
Majikan lebih yakin dengan orang yang pernah masuk plant, bukan sekadar pandai teori di kertas.
Hadir seminar teknikal, sertai practical training, atau volunteer program industri.
Biasakan diri dengan PPE, safety culture, dan persekitaran kerja industri seawal mungkin.
💡 Takeaway Penting: Jangan kejar gaji pertama. Kejar exposure, competency, certification, dan pengalaman site. Dalam industri AIM, kompetensi anda yang akan tentukan value anda dalam jangka masa panjang.
