One of the oft repeated OPWW slogans is “physical training is never just physical.” There are so many people in this world who only want to show up for the big thing, or the big glory. Everyone who trains hard understands that those big moments are made up of thousands of smaller ones. In order to be able to show up for the big stuff, you have to treat the small stuff the same way. None of it is insignificant. Nature does not reward the occasional dabbler but those who show up for the whole experience with their heart ablaze.

Just returned from 4 days in Rome. Heard a lot about this place and these people before I came - It seemed like everyone had something conflicting to say. My own experience proved to be much better than reading what chronically dishonest journalists or terminally online people wrote. Full report coming soon.
